【Abstract】The article explores the phenomenon of stateless justice. It proceeds as follows. After an introduction, Section 2 clarifies the relevant meaning of the word 'justice'. Section 3 describes the emergence of stateless justice, using Bitcoin as a case study. Section 4 clarifies that the notion of stateless justice does not encompass international arbitration. Sections 5, 6 and 7 address the three challenges posed by stateless justice. Finally, Section 8 of the article proposes a new interpretative model for a better understanding of justice, beyond the theoretical framework of state-centrism.
