Optimization method of fresh agricultural products cross-border e-commerce supply chain based on blockchain technology

【Abstract】Supply chain circulation of fresh agricultural products affects food security issues. In view of the serious loss of fresh agricultural products and the lack of enterprise trust system caused by the past centralized information mode, based on blockchain technology, this paper constructs the optimization model of cross-border e-commerce supply chain of fresh agricultural products, and conducts in-depth research on the application of blockchain technology in the traceability of agricultural products supply chain. The model invokes the traceability module to obtain the previous traceability information, sends the link result to the result display module, and then attaches the agricultural product number, current time stamp and user address after the transaction address, which solves the problem of low traceability efficiency. In the simulation process, the model completed the design and implementation of the agricultural product supply chain traceability system based on blockchain, which can realize the agricultural product supply chain traceability, traceability information verification, agricultural product production registration, agricultural product receiving registration, agricultural product supply chain participant registration and login, identity authentication and other functions. In application, we set up a virtual machine on one physical machine, deploy 4 nodes in total, set the block file size to 64MB, set the upper limit of transactions in the block to 50, and then perform simulated data upload, data interaction and data query, and verify user login, traceability query and other functions. The investment conditions of pricing and blockchain technology in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products under different channel preferences are studied. The test results show that the system can meet the application requirements of agricultural products traceability and effectively promote the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products.
