【Abstract】On the internet of things (IoT), cloud computing renders the dominant computing capability. Nevertheless, this brings about the security as well as privacy breaches, and the larger quantities of data interaction with cloud suffer bandwidth limit and energy efficiency for data processing, data transmission (DT), together with the Energy Consumption (EC) of data processing is far less than DT. Attaining data security together with system efficiency during data acquisition as well as DT is highly important. This work proposes an energy-efficient secure IoT-DT framework centred on BlockChain (BC) technology. Primarily, the user authentication phase is performed for preserving data confidentiality utilizing the SHA512 hashing algorithm. For shielding the data from attacks, the IoT data are effectively encrypted with the aid of the XOR-RSA algorithm. Furthermore, Load Balancing (LB) is done utilizing BM-SSA to ameliorate system efficiency. Lastly, the data is securely stored in a BC-centric cloud, where BC stands as a distributed database providing more security. From the experiential outcomes, the proposed framework is established to proffer a better performance when contrasted to the other DT approaches.
