【Abstract】The article examines the changing views of the public, representatives of the professional community and state structures of Russia and the world on the criminal law regulation of the blockchain sphere. In order to identify the main prospects of the criminal law policy in the fight against crimes that have become widespread in this area of public relations, the author uses the results of a sociological study of the opinions of citizens and professional lawyers.
