【Abstract】There are still two problems of the existing methods of defending against poisoning attacks of the blockchain-based federated learning: 1) It is difficult to accurately identify the nodes under attack; 2) The effect of the model is greatly affected when the number of malicious nodes exceeds a half. So, an innovative se-cure mechanism is proposed for blockchain-based federated learning, which is called the training behavior verification mechanism. The mechanism describes the consis-tent training behavior rules of nodes by constructing the training behavior model, and distinguishes honest nodes from malicious nodes by comparing the differences in training behavior models on the training behavior verification algorithm. Ex-periments show that the new mechanism can effectively resist more than half of the label-flipping attacks and backdoor attacks, and has the advantages of higher stability and higher accuracy than methods such as Krum, Trimmed Mean, and Median.

【Abstract】Smart agriculture uses new generation technologies, such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and blockchain to further refine and improve the intelligence of agricultural production. China considers smart agriculture as an important engine to promote high-quality agricultural and rural development. This study reviews the recent practices of smart agriculture with a case study in Zhejiang Province as well as the supporting framework and policies of smart agriculture. The study then summarizes the opportunities and challenges of smart agriculture and forecasts the future direction of agricultural technology and policies. Finally, the study offers suggestions for the acceleration of agricultural and rural development using high-quality smart technologies. The study's findings confirm that smart agriculture has become an important part of the national economy, although it is still in its infancy. Both the national and regional authorities of China have introduced policies favoring the development of smart agriculture. This has resulted in its high popularization, with perfect industrial chains and many large-scale enterprises involved in increasing the country's self-sufficiency in production and technology. While these policies have several positive effects on rural telecommunication and technology, smart agriculture faces certain constrains in terms of R&D capability, fiscal investment, farmer capacity, and talent training. By taking appropriate measures for these weak areas under unified planning, the agricultural and rural economic growth of China can be accelerated using high technologies.

【Abstract】In order to overcome the problems of long tracing time and poor tracing accuracy in traditional source tracing methods, this paper proposes a blockchain-based electronic commerce supply chain source tracing method. First, use IoT equipment to collect transaction data, store it in the cluster server in the form of blockchain, build electronic commerce supply chain traceability information base and determine the traceability query scheme. Secondly, the traceability state probability matrix is constructed to obtain the source tag variables. Then, the tracing function is constructed, and the tracing parameters are modified by Baum Welch algorithm. Finally, the Viterbi algorithm is used to obtain the tag matching function, and the recursive method is used to solve the source tracing results. The implementation results show that the tracing time of this method is only 50 s, and the tracing accuracy is as high as 99.8%, indicating that the source tracing effect is good.

【Abstract】Targeted poverty alleviation is an important strategy to win the battle against poverty. 【Abstract】Because the hardware capabilities of narrowband IoT devices are not enough to carry powerful antivirus software or security mechanisms so that some scholars have used deep learning to help with intrusion detection. Narrowband IoT devices are more vulnerable to low-rate denial-of-service attacks due to the low upper limit of the connection rate. However, the rate and number of such attacks are not obvious. Therefore, even when training with datasets provided by large organizations, the amount of data for low-rate denial-of-service attacks is very sparse, resulting in poor detection accuracy. This study proposes an interpretable method based on statistical models to simplify the model so that it responds only to specific attacks. The experimental results show that our method can effectively detect specific attacks.

【Abstract】Edge computing plays an important role in processing and storing data. By offloading tasks to the edge server, mobile users can access necessary computing resources on demand. However, security of edge computing service is still a major concern. This paper proposes an edge computing resource allocation mechanism based on dynamic trust. First, security problems due to lack of reliability in the resource allocation process are solved based on the trust mechanism. This mechanism considers the resource allocation process between the mobile user node and the edge server as a transaction, according to the trading behavior in the transaction process of server to give its corresponding trust. Second, a trust mechanism is used for dynamic credit granting. Mobile users with similar behaviors form a group, where a representative is elected to trade resources and bundle information into a block and attach it on the chain. At the same time, the delay problem is added as a constraint to the trust calculation. Finally, the simulation experiment shows that the mechanism improves security of edge computing.

【Abstract】Most of the current decentralized cross-domain identity management frameworks are based on blockchain. In these schemes, the identity providers (IDPs) in different trust domains connect through blockchain technology. However, a single IDP in the domain is still at the risk of being compromised or corrupted. What's more, users may create redundant identities for different services but can not dominate all their identities completely. Therefore, we propose a cross-domain identity management system based on the concept of the Decentralized Identifier standard. It provides full ownership and management of identity for users. In order to reduce the burden of private key management caused by redundant identities, we present a deduplication scheme to limit the number of one user's DIDs. It can also resist the Sybil attack by real-life identity credential. Besides that, we improve the authentication efficiency by dynamic accumulator and preserve the identity privacy by the anonymous credential and zero knowledge in the cross-domain authentication scheme.

【Abstract】This paper summarizes the main outcomes of several experimental studies carried out by the Joint Research Centre on blockchain solutions for energy systems. The cases selected for testing and implementation are: (i) smart metering billing and security, (ii) fostering of energy communities, (iii) certification of origin of energy production, (iv) support the implementation of flexibility services, and (v) electro-mobility scenarios. Overall, our study found that there is a clear interest among energy and digital industries to exploit the potential of blockchain in the energy sector. Results confirmed the added value blockchain can bring to the sector (transparency, immutability, non-repudiation, integrity), highlighting many of its unfolding functionalities and capabilities. At the same time, our study identified a number of barriers and limitations blockchain technology might encounter, such as scalability and sustainability issues, but also low consumers engagement and involvement. Finally, we conclude this paper by presenting our considerations and recommendations for European policymakers regarding blockchain deployment across the energy value chain.

【Abstract】Compared with traditional file-sharing system, the blockchain-based file-sharing system shows its superiority, such as electronic money incentive mechanism, decentralisation, information tamper resistance and so on. Benefiting from those properties, it has attracted tons of users to participate in blockchain-based file-sharing and eventually forms an indestructible electronic library. However, with such a huge amount of files, the problem of file authenticity verification is still not resolved. This paper attempts to address the challenge of file authenticity verification for blockchain-based file-sharing system, specifically, verifying that the file is really stored by the claimer and needed by the file-downloader before the file is downloaded. We propose an efficient file authenticity verification protocol, named File Authenticity Verification Byzantine Fault Tolerant (FAV-BFT). We first apply Verifiable Delay Function to bind the shared file, and then reconstruct it to a challenge-response interactive protocol for file-sharing, and finally embedded with Byzantine Fault Tolerant protocol. Due to the construction, with 2/3 of participants are honest, FAV-BFT can correctly prove how long a file has been stored and whether a file meets the requirement of the file downloader. Moreover, since all the file content is processed by hash function before transformation, FAV-BFT protects the shared-file from content disclosure during the verification process without trusted third parties.

【Abstract】Future wireless networks ((beyond fifth-generation (B5G) and sixth-generation (6G)) are expected to handle a large number of mobile and Internet of things (IoTs) devices by integrating space-aerial-ground-sea integrated (SAGSI) networks. This paper studies and discusses security issues in SAGSI networks from a resource optimization perspective. We present a survey of recent literature on how resource optimization and security are co-related in different domains of overall networks while considering artificial intelligence, machine learning (AUML), Blockchain, edge computing, secure non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), and software-defined networking (SDN) as potential technologies for secure SAGSI networks. We also provide future research directions and challenges in secure SAGSI networks.

【Abstract】The energy sector is undergoing a vast transformation. Innovations in renewable energy production, electric vehicles (EVs) and smart meters are pushing the energy sector towards decentralisation. In this context, determining the potential of distributed ledger technology (DLT) through smart contracts and interoperability between different sections of the grid is an open point. Implementation of blockchain as a DLT into the electricity distribution network with the combination of multiple components, assists decentralisation and the connection of end-users directly to the grid. In this paper, a new method is proposed to charge EVs based on fuzzy logic and distributed ledger using a proof of stake algorithm. In this way, the risk of manipulation and loss of data, which could be detrimental to the energy sector, is reduced. The decentralisation of controlling EV's charging is achieved using this technique and the data floating inside the network is immutable and protected by the consensus mechanism of blockchain.

【Abstract】Blockchain technology can be applied to smart grids to support business and management operations, and its distributed nature is advantageous when considering user-managed renewable systems. However, these new fully distributed systems raise a number of security and privacy issues. For this reason, numerous solutions integrating blockchain with privacy and security enhancing technologies, such as homomorphic encryption, secret sharing and zero-knowledge proof, have been proposed in the literature. The complexity of such systems from an algorithmic and protocol point of view is obvious, while the computational cost is less obvious and often overlooked by the authors. In this paper, we want to experimentally evaluate the computational weight of cryptographic techniques proposed to guarantee security and privacy on blockchains. We will take as reference commercial devices with computational capabilities similar to those we expect to find in smart grid devices. The results show that some techniques are not suitable for these scenarios and that architectural solutions must therefore be carefully designed.

【Abstract】The use of private blockchains is proposed to enhance decentralized 5G-based DoD wireless network security, auditability, governance, and overall performance. This paper explores and validates methods for leveraging smart contracts and decentralized consensus mechanisms inherent to blockchain approaches to securely enhance wireless network performance. A real-time, decentralized architectural software implementation is postulated with detailed interfaces to determine how blockchain and smart contracts apply to real-world wireless networks based on a patented approach developed by the authors. Methods are presented for decentralized wireless networks to perform network arbitration, spectrum service level agreements, and business logic through low latency blockchain transactions. Simulation results characterize the performance of typical blockchain transaction latencies in decentralized wireless network paradigms to determine feasibility. Use case studies of federal and non-federal spectrum sharing are discussed that demonstrate how a private decentralized blockchain architecture and smart contracts can provide considerably improved wireless network performance.

【Abstract】Federated learning is a distributed machine learning frame-work that allows participants to keep their privacy data locally. Traditional federated learning coordinates participants collaboratively train a powerful global model. However, this process has several problems: it cannot meet the heterogeneous model's requirements, and it cannot resist poisoning attacks and single-point-of-failure. In order to resolve these issues, we proposed a heterogeneous federated learning algorithm based on blockchain and model distillation. The problem of fully heterogeneous models that are hard to aggregate in the central server can be solved by leveraging model distillation technology. Moreover, blockchain replaces the central server in federated learning to solve the single-point-of-failure problem. The validation algorithm is combined with cross-validation, which helps federated learning to resist poison attacks. The extensive experimental results demonstrate that HBMD-FL can resist poisoning attacks while losing less than 3% of model accuracy, and the communication consumption significantly outperformed the comparison algorithm.

【Abstract】In modern power systems, it is an important issue to process and analyze power big data and perform reliable decision-making analysis. In response to this problem, this paper proposes a distributed computing architecture for power data based on a consortium chain, which realizes distributed and trusted shared training computing for power data while taking into account the privacy protection of the original data. To solve the problem of sample imbalance, this paper proposes a data balancing method combining SMOTE algorithm and the k-means algorithm. This paper also proposes an LSTM neural network load forecasting method based on federated learning and proves that it has higher accuracy and applicability than traditional methods through examples.

【Abstract】The rapid increase of users in the blockchain makes it possible to exchange a large amount of data every moment. Since the information published on blockchain is recorded and cannot be tampered with, there is the problem of leaking the real identity of users under the big data clustering attack. Meanwhile, the existing key generation center (KGC) needs a secure channel to transmit partial private keys, which makes partial private keys depending on the channel of interaction and creates a private key security problem. In this paper, we propose a one-time anonymous certificateless signcryption (OTACLSC) scheme based on blockchain. We securely use the public channel to improve the security of the private key. By constructing a one-time pseudonym public key in the blockchain to achieve anti-identity leakage, the communication initiator constructs the pseudonym public key of both communication parties to avoid the reuse of the pseudonym public key. Then we prove the security of the scheme under the random oracle model and compare it with other schemes. Our scheme has less computation cost and shorter ciphertext length while maintaining more reliable security.

【Abstract】On the Internet of Battlefield Things (IoBT), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) provide significant operational advantages. However, the exploitation of the UAV by an untrustworthy entity might lead to security violations or possibly the destruction of crucial IoBT network functionality. The IoBT system has substantial issues related to data tampering and fabrication through illegal access. This paper proposes the use of an intelligent architecture called IoBT-Net, which is built on a convolution neural network (CNN) and connected with blockchain technology, to identify and trace illicit UAV in the IoBT system. Data storage on the blockchain ledger is protected from unauthorized access, data tampering, and invasions. Conveniently, this paper presents a low complexity and robustly performed CNN called LRCANet to estimate AOA for object localization. The proposed LRCANet is efficiently designed with two core modules, called GFPU and stacks, which are cleverly organized with regular and point convolution layers, a max pool layer, and a ReLU layer associated with residual connectivity. Furthermore, the effectiveness of LRCANET is evaluated by various network and array configurations, RMSE, and compared with the accuracy and complexity of the existing state-of-theart. Additionally, the implementation of tailored drone-based consensus is evaluated in terms of three major classes and compared with the other existing consensus.

【摘要】随着数字时代的到来,各类短视频App的发展也进入了快车道,网络短视频数量随之增多。网络短视频以其即时性、生动性等特点吸引了大量的数据流量,随之而来的不仅有网络媒体市场的迅速扩张,也产生了各类著作权侵权行为为代表的诸多法律隐患。因此有必要对当前网络短视频的著作权侵权现状与现实困境予以梳理,并在法律层面对其认定侵权的标准等予以分析,结合区块链等新兴数字技术,从用户、平台以及相关部门等多方主体的角度提出对网络短视频著作权予以保护的规制路径,助力网络短视频著作权侵权乱象的治理。

【摘要】当下,国内非遗产品依然存在自我生存和发展能力不够强大,营销未完全走出同质化竞争等问题,借助元宇宙赋能将让非遗产品跳脱出实体的桎梏,跨越数字鸿沟,突破圈层的藩篱。以数字化转型的方式加码消费者的用户体验,并在市场竞争中获得新的增量;元宇宙营销将构筑消费者对非遗产品的新认知,实现产品的设计、互动和营销等诸多诉求,满足年轻受众的社交和消费需求;非遗产品在不断加深大众文化记忆和民族认同感的过程中,通过科技力量激活非遗传播、传承的新活态,消解非遗核心技艺代代递减的问题,续写非遗传承的新篇章。

【摘要】元宇宙是当前互联网领域最炙手可热的焦点话题,为未来图书馆的建设和发展提供了启发式的理论、方法与技术。文章探讨了元宇宙视域下图书馆员核心能力问题,界定了元宇宙视域下图书馆员核心能力,包括导航能力(元宇宙之间互通导航、元宇宙图书馆之间共享导航),数据分析能力(信息数据汇总、信息数据评价、信息数据分析),知识服务能力(知识需求捕获、知识生产参与、知识交流推广),智慧服务能力(内容生产智慧服务、阅读推广智慧服务、智慧空间服务),并针对性提出了元宇宙视域下图书馆员核心能力的提升路径。

【摘要】文章概述了区块链技术的概念、特征及功能优势,分析了区块链技术应用于图书馆学术出版的可行性,从版权保护、学术科研成果评议、学术科研资源重复性使用和学术科研成果影响力评价等四个层面阐述了区块链技术在图书馆学术出版领域的创新应用,并从学术著作创作、学术著作流转和学术著作版权交易等三个维度提出了区块链技术驱动的图书馆学术出版模式创新策略,以期推动我国学术出版事业的高质高效发展。
