【Abstract】The purpose of this research is to present an overview of the progress of Financial Technology (FINTECH) companies and their integration with the latest cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain for innovation and entrepreneurship. We used the well-respected Scopus database to do our study. To learn about contemporary problems and trends about FINTECH-companies, publications published in English between 2014 and 2022 were searched using Scopus databases. Finally, we looked at 302 pieces of research as a whole. Qualitative data analysis techniques are used to identify the most prolific and relevant journals, countries, and authors. Study trends are also highlighted, allowing several new research avenues to be explored. Researchers have contributed significantly to FINTECH-companies by providing a thorough overview of the field's development and current condition.

【Abstract】Alongside teleconsulting platforms, existing digital-based healthcare services propose automated solutions such as medical chatbots to interact with patients. Nevertheless, previous research stress their lack of human-like interactions delaying implementation. The advent of Metaverse may fill this gap by "catapulting" patients and doctors into a parallel virtual reality made up of avatars where interactions are as similar as those in the real world. By leveraging on a sample of 689 participants to an international experimental study, this paper in-vestigates the effect of the human-like interactions (manipulated as low in case of medical chatbots vs high in case of doctors' avatars in the Metaverse) on the individuals' intention to use such digital-based healthcare services. We analyze the relationship through the perceived anthropomorphism mediating the two options. Moreover, by considering the peculiarities of the doctor-patient relationship resulting not only from profes-sionalism but also from social interactions, we analyze the moderating effect of emotional receptivity. Results show that higher level human-like interactions (i.e., doctors' avatars in the Metaverse) positively influences individuals' intention to use such healthcare service via the effect of perceived anthropomorphism. Moreover, such effect is significant only among individuals who exhibit higher level of emotional receptivity.

【Abstract】With an increase in the number of devices in the edge layer connected to the fog server of the fog computing environment, it is found that vulnerable and unauthorized activities are also increasing relatively. Thus, there is a requirement for authorized access control in such an environment that is governed by secured and efficient key management between the communicating devices. Many researchers have presented conventional solutions for key management depending on a third party. The third party operated for a key generation or key distribution in a fog computing environment based on a centralized architecture which leads to the drawbacks like a single-point failure and inconsistency of key management. So, effective and secured key management between the edge devices which are willing to communicate is the major concern to be addressed in the current digital world to achieve access control. This paper proposes a BSKM-FC (Blockchain-based Secured Key Management in a Fog Computing Environment) which is a decentralized system in a fog computing environment without using a third party. The BSKM-FC makes use of a one-way hash chain for the generation of private and public key pairs and ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography) for secured sharing. Upon successful authentication, the session key generation at both edge devices is based on the key pair provided by the fog server and stored securely in the blockchain. The BSKM-FC system uses private blockchain technology in the fog layer to provide secured storage and management. The work is implemented in the Truffle Blockchain and found that BSKM-FC performs better in terms of overall block preparation time. The security analysis of the proposed scheme is carried out based on the ROR model and also verified using AVISPA for some known attacks. Informal security analysis of the proposed work is performed by considering some of the known attacks where we observe that the proposed scheme overcomes such attacks. Performance overhead analysis is demonstrated using MIRACL considering computation cost, communication cost, and storage cost. The results show that the proposed scheme meets security requirements and performs effectively. The computation overhead, communication overhead, storage overhead, and block preparation time of the proposed scheme were improved by 7% to 14%, 9% to 18%, 7% to 17%, and 14% to 28%, respectively, as compared to existing schemes. 【Abstract】Digitalization is a powerful engine for economic growth in the world. In 2018, digitally transformed firms represented 13.5 billion US dollars of global GDP and, towards the end of 2023, they are expected to represent 53.3 billion US dollars, over half of the general nominal GDP (Statista, Nominal GDP driven by digitally transformed and other enterprises worldwide 2018-2023. https://www.statista.com/stati stics/1134766/nominal-gdp-driven-by-digitally-transformed-enterprises/, 2022). The main objective of this study is to provide information (highlighting principal research topics and research agendas) from the literature on state-of-the-art digitalization within firms through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). In all, 119 review articles on the most mature functional areas of the firm are analyzed: management, marketing, and finance and accounting, published in the WOS over the period 2018-April 2022. In this study, key relevant tendencies are identified in the most mature areas of the firm, which are the impact of digital technologies on the analysis of consumer behavior; digitalization and green innovation within organizations; and blockchain technology applied to financial services. The main contributions of this work are as follows: (1) to provide the most complete and up-to-date review of digitalization from a global perspective, summarizing the current state of knowledge within an integrated framework; (2) to reduce the complexity of digitalization by offering structure and clarity; and (3) to offer links between digitalization and established points of view in the literature on management, marketing, finance, and accounting. The novelty of this paper is centered on a joint analysis of digitalization, digital transformation, and digital technologies, taking into account the most mature functional areas of the firm.

【Abstract】In this article, we present a finite-time stopping criterion for consensus algorithms in networks with dynamic communication topology. Prior state of the art has established convergence to the consensus value; however, the asymptotic convergence of these algorithms poses a challenge in practical settings where the response from agents is required in finite time. To this end, we propose a maximum-minimum protocol that propagates the global maximum and minimum values of agent states (while running the consensus algorithm) in the network. This article focuses on establishing that the global maximum and minimum values are strictly monotonic even for a dynamic topology, and they can be used to distributively ascertain the closeness to convergence in finite time. We rigorously show that each node can have access to the global maximum and minimum by running the proposed maximum-minimum protocol to realize a finite-time stopping criterion for the otherwise asymptotic consensus algorithm. The practical utility of the algorithm is illustrated through experiments where each agent is instantiated by a NodeJS socket.io server.

【Abstract】Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are unique non-interchangeable digital assets verified and stored using blockchain technology. Quite recently, there has been a surging interest and adoption of NFTs, with sales exceeding ${\$}$10 billion in the third quarter of 2021. Given the public state of Blockchain, NFTs owners face a privacy problem. More precisely, an observer can trivially learn the whole NFT collections owned by an address. For some categories of NFTs like arts and game collectibles, owners can sell them for a profit. However, popular marketplaces trade NFTs using public auctions and direct offers. Hence, an observer can learn about the new owner and the NFT purchase price. To tackle those problems, we propose Aegis,(Aegis is a shield carried by Zeus and Athena. It is a symbol of protection.) a protocol that allows users to add privacy to their NFTs ownership. In Aegis users can swap NFTs for payment amounts in fungible tokens while hiding the details (i.e., involved parties, the NFTs, and the payment amounts). One of the main properties of Aegis is its complete compatibility with existing NFT standards. We design Aegis by leveraging zkSNARK proof system and smart contracts. We build an open-source prototype and perform experiments to evaluate Aegis's performance.

【Abstract】Bitcoin network is one of the most popular blockchain systems. Mining pools are the main components of the Bitcoin network that invest a large amount of computing power to maximize their expected mining payoffs, which guarantees the security of the Bitcoin network. Although many existing works about mining pools are available, the long-term evolution of mining pools, and their effects on both the Bitcoin system and end-users, remain to be investigated. To fill this gap, we trace over 2.54 hundred thousand blocks from Feb 2016 to Nov 2020 and collect over 12 million unconfirmed transactions from Mar 2018 to Nov 2020. We then conduct a broad range of analyses, including the pool evolution, labeled transactions, and labeled blocks. We make the following observations from our measured data: 1) A few mining pools control most of the peer-to-peer network's computing power. 2) The long-term computing power of top mining pools grows exponentially while its continuous-time mining strategy decreases linearly. 3) The computing power of the Bitcoin network converges to the Nash equilibrium. We then propose game-based strategies for mining activity analysis, i.e., the best-response strategies for mining pools when the mining revenue increases or decreases sharply. Moreover, we study the transaction fee dilemma of mining pools and the transaction fee strategies for end-users. Our models and analysis can help to understand and improve the Bitcoin system quantitatively.

【Abstract】The term "Resilient Supply Chain 4.0" incorporates two research areas: Industry 4.0 and Supply Chain Resilience (SCRes). Industry 4.0 technologies include innovations such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Augmented Reality (AR), Cloud Computing (CC), the Internet of Services (IoS), Big Data Analytics (BDA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Twins (DT), Blockchain (BC), Industrial Robotics (IR), and Additive Manufacturing (AM). Industry 4.0 technologies do not have a direct impact on SCRes, but on resilience elements such as flexibility, redundancy, visibility, agility, collaboration, robustness, and information sharing. This paper aims to investigate which of the Industry 4.0 technologies can help improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are used for creating a Resilient Supply Chain 4.0. A non-systematic literature review has been conducted for the identification of (a) the most important constituent elements of SCRes, (b) the Industry 4.0 technologies that improve the SCRes elements, and (c) the KPIs that enhance SCRes. A systematic literature review has been conducted to identify which of the Industry 4.0 technologies have an impact on the KPIs that enhance SCRes. The findings of this work demonstrate that Industry 4.0 technologies can help improve the KPIs for a Resilient Supply Chain 4.0.

【Abstract】Current railroad customs clearance systems are problematic in that the movement of trains is occasionally restricted for extended periods during inspections to verify cargo integrity at customs clearance. Consequently, significant human and material resources are consumed to obtain customs clearance to the destination, considering different processes exist for cross-border trade. Therefore, we developed a cross-border blockchain-based non-stop customs clearance (NSCC) system to address these delays and reduce resource consumption for cross-border trains. The integrity, stability, and traceability of blockchain technology are used to construct a stable and reliable customs clearance system to address these problems. The proposed method connects diverse trade and customs clearance agreements in a single blockchain network, which ensures integrity and minimal resource consumption, and includes railroads, freight vehicles, and transit stations in addition to the current customs clearance system. The integrity and confidentiality of customs clearance data are protected using sequence diagrams and the blockchain to strengthen the resilience of the NSCC process against attacks; the blockchain-based NSCC system structurally verifies the attack resilience based on matching sequences. The results confirm that the blockchain-based NSCC system is time- and cost-efficient compared with the current customs clearance system and offers improved attack resilience.

【Abstract】Blockchain technology in the healthcare industry has potential to enable enhanced privacy, increased security, and an interoperable data record. Blockchain technology is being implemented in dental care systems to store and share medical information, improve insurance claims, and provide innovative dental data ledgers. Because the healthcare sector is a large and ever-growing industry, the use of blockchain technology would have many benefits. To improve dental care delivery, researchers advocate using blockchain technology and smart contracts due to their numerous advantages. In this research, we concentrate on blockchain-based dental care systems. In particular, we examine the current research literature, pinpoint issues with existing dental care systems, and consider how blockchain technology may be used to address these issues. Finally, the limitations of the proposed blockchain-based dental care systems are discussed which may be regarded as open issues.

【Abstract】Blockchain is a Byzantine fault tolerant (BFT) system wherein decentralized nodes execute consensus protocols to drive the agreement process on new blocks added to a distributed ledger. Generally, two-round communications among 3f + f faults in BFT-based consensus networks. This communication pattern corresponds to the worse-case scenario of consensus achievement, even under asynchronous network conditions. Nevertheless, it is not uncommon for a network to operate under better conditions, where a consensus can be reached with a lower communication cost. Hence, with the addition of a faster optimistic path toward an agreement, the idea of dual-mode consensus has been proposed as a promising approach to enhance the performance of asynchronous BFT protocols. However, this opportunity is not completely exploited by existing dual-mode protocols as the fast path can be followed only in a nonfaulty and synchronous network. This article presents a novel dual-mode protocol consisting of fast and backup subprotocols. To create different consensus committees for fast and backup-mode operations, the network contains both active and passive nodes. A consensus can be expedited through a fast-mode operation when majority of the active nodes can communicate synchronously. Under non-ideal conditions, the backup protocol takes over the agreement process from its fast-mode counterpart without starting over the suspended round. The safety and liveness of the proposed protocol are guaranteed with lower communication costs, which balance the trade-off between protocol efficiency and availability.

【Abstract】In the present day, it is crucial for individuals and companies to reduce their carbon footprints in a society more self-conscious about climate change and other environmental issues. In this sense, public and private institutions are investing in photovoltaic (PV) systems to produce clean energy for self-consumption. Nevertheless, an essential part of this energy is wasted due to lower consumption during non-business periods. This work proposes a novel framework that uses solar-generated energy surplus to charge external electric vehicles (EVs), creating new business opportunities. Furthermore, this paper introduces a novel marketplace platform based on blockchain technology to allow energy trading between institutions and EV owners. Since the energy provided to charge the EV comes from distributed PV generation, the energy's selling price can be more attractive than the one offered by the retailers-meaning economic gains for the institutions and savings for the users. A case study was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed solution and its economic advantages. Given the assumptions considered in the study, 3213 EVs could be fully charged by one institution in one year, resulting in over EUR 45,000 in yearly profits. Further, the economic analysis depicts a payback of approximately two years, a net present value of EUR 33,485, and an internal rate of return of 61%. These results indicate that implementing the proposed framework could enable synergy between institutions and EV owners, providing clean and affordable energy to charge vehicles.

【Abstract】The potential applications of blockchain technology across various business functions and industries have generated significant interest. However, its underlying knowledge structure remains unclear. This study aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the technological domain and knowledge structure of blockchain technology by analyzing 4753 USPTO patent data from 2008 to 2019. We used multiple approaches, such as analyzing patent filing volumes, constructing co-citation networks, and examining text (patent abstract) data with a variant of bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT). The results demonstrate the advantages of using an NLP-based BERT text analysis approach for examining technological knowledge and relationships within the blockchain technology field. Our findings reveal that the field of blockchain technology is expanding and diversifying, with increasing patent filings in both cryptocurrency and distributed ledger technologies and growing knowledge similarity between these two subdomains. We also found that patent assignees (companies) engage differently in innovative activities within the blockchain technology domain based on their prior experience in the field. These results hold potential for informing future research in emerging technology studies and guiding industry and policy decisions related to blockchain technology.

【Abstract】With the rapid development of cloud storage and cloud computing technology, users can upload data to the cloud and share it with other users. However, the integrity and the privacy of data files at the cloud service provider suffer from challenges. In order to protect the data of user in the cloud, particularly for user groups without honest managers and semitrusted third-party auditors, we construct a new public auditing scheme that integrates a (t,n) threshold signature, an incentive mechanism, an identity-based designated verifier group, blinding technology, and a multiblock signature technique. In our scheme, the (t,n) threshold signature can eliminate the single power of the user group's managers, to ensure that members of the user group take part in data sharing fairly and equally. The generation of a user's key pairs and the signatures of data can be encouraged by an incentive mechanism based on a blockchain. Moreover, we introduce an identity-based designated verifier group and blinding technology to preserve data privacy during the data integrity auditing process. Furthermore, the multiblock signature technique reduces the costs to sign data blocks and verify. Finally, the security analysis and performance analysis demonstrate that our scheme is provably reliable and efficient.

【Abstract】In recent years, blockchain technology has been successfully used in many distributed environments where different stakeholders, who do not have any trust between them, interact with each other through a secured and transparent platform. The use of blockchain in healthcare insurance industry has not been studied methodically. In this study, we develop a blockchain based Secured and Automated Health Insurance Claim (B-SAHIC) processing system. First, we design an Entity-Relationship (ER) diagram identifying all actors with their respective data and relations between them. We also develop the business model and algorithms for all necessary steps. We implement the system in Hyperledger Fabric and deploy a smart contract to implement these algorithms. We introduce CouchDB to store the OffChain data where we storeWorld-State Database. B-SAHIC provides a web-based portal for all actors who interact with the blockchain. Privacy of clients' claim-related data is ensured by encrypting treatment-related data with a new key that is derived uniquely for each new submission done of clients' personal documents. We have also deployed Hyperledger Explorer, a user-friendly web application tool for monitoring the health state of each node participating on the blockchain network. We have studied the performance of B-SAHIC for two to six peer nodes. Moreover, our performance study shows that B-SAHIC is fast and scalable. In our study, the average query latency is decreased from 0.07 second (for two peer nodes) to 0.02 second (for six peer nodes) in case of 1300 queries per second while the average transaction latency remains unchanged (around 3.5 seconds) for 300 transactions per second. Moreover, B-SAHIC consumes minimum resources, around 350MB only for two peer nodes. We believe that the development process of this blockchain based platform can be applicable for the automation of other insurance industry too.

【摘要】长期护理保险制度是应对人口老龄化问题的重要手段。保险科技能提高保险服务质效,优化保险发展模式,是完善我国长期护理保险制度的基础力量;能扩大政府、保险公司及参保人在长期护理保险制度中的功效,助推三者合力加快长期护理保险制度的构建。但保险科技赋能长期护理保险制度存在区域应用程度差距大、科技适老化程度不高、保险数据共享难、数字化水平不高、传统监管模式受到冲击等问题。基于此,保险科技与长期护理保险制度融合需政府出台区域协调发展政策、构建数据共享平台、引入“监管沙盒”模式,以及保险公司提升数字化水平、了解受众群体需求。

【摘要】我国现有石油物资质控体系因缺乏真实有效的信息共享机制和方法,难以对发生的质量事件进行快速响应,而区块链具备的去中心化、不可篡改性、高隐私性、智能合约等特征能够实现过程信息的公开透明和无法篡改,提高信息共享效率。基于此,提出将区块链的私有链及联盟链相结合的“双链”模式下石油物资质控信息共享模型,通过私有链降低联盟链中的数据处理量,保障联盟链的便捷高效,同时联盟链对私有链中各节点的权限进行审核授权,对相关产品的生产过程信息进行验证,以此打破信息共享与追溯机制中的条块分割障碍。其中,基于哈希函数和哈希树功能定位抓取各私有链中记录的相关信息,完成质量问题的追溯流程,同时确保信息收集、储存和共享等过程中数据的真实可靠。由于区块链技术在石油物资质控领域仍未得到广泛运用,未来有关研究还应继续从提高区块链的信息处理效率、增加储存容量等方面着手,石油物资管理部门也应出台相关政策,激励更多企业参与到区块链技术的开发中,以提高行业质量管理水平。

【摘要】人类社会正在经历工业化4.0时代的数字化转型,区块链作为支撑数字经济发展的重要技术,以其去中心化、保护隐私、防篡改、可追溯和可信任等特点备受各领域关注,并且逐渐从概念走向应用。传媒业利用区块链技术可以在打击虚假新闻、保护个人信息、维护用户版权、提升信息质量、改变盈利模式等诸多方面引起新一轮变革,使其生态系统发生改变。然而,区块链技术应用于传媒领域仍然面临诸多问题,需要学界和业界共同探索,探寻发展之路。
