【Abstract】The technological innovation period has reduced drastically in the current era giving rise to constantly new disruptive technologies, which may seem discreet; however, their evolution is also derived from the previous technological path. This study aims to identify the technology trajectory and evolution phases of disruptive technology, Blockchain, with respect to its predecessor technologies. Within the context of disruptive innovation theory, patent citation analysis employing the key-route main path method was utilized for this study. The data collection was based on keywords and IPC codes to retrieve US patents from the webpat database. The data obtained included 10,919 initial patents and 6206 final patents after simple family merge. The results acquired ranged from the year 1974 to 2021. The study identified five significant technology clusters based on the keyroute main path analysis and framed the evolution path of the technology. The findings reveal the technological path dependence and knowledge flow of technological innovation. The novelty of this study lies in its approach to mapping DI theory characteristics with patent analysis to identify the path dependence of disruptive innovations, which aids researchers and decision-makers in understanding and assessing their innovation strategies.

【Abstract】The concept of blockchain technology, which has been around for over a decade, is gaining traction in academics and the commercial world. Blockchain technology, first created for virtual currency use, has recently found wider applications. Traditional blockchain applications in supply chain management focus on increasing safety, visibility, and auditability. A new movement is underway in which organizations are incorporating blockchain technology into their supply networks to reduce the environmental impact. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of scholarly studies examining the many applications of blockchain technology in the field of supply chain management. A comprehensive evaluation of blockchain applications in the supply chain domain, on the other hand, presents the current state of the art of blockchain in supply chain management. Thus, we use a systematic literature review based on bibliometric analysis to review 477 research articles published in peer-reviewed scientific journals between 2017 and July 2022. This paper sheds light on the latest research trends in the field and guides readers through the many choices that must be made regarding blockchain implementation at various aspects of the supply chain by analyzing the most important and highly cited papers, authors' collaboration networks, keywords, countries, and institutions. Our analysis reveals six different themes related to supply chain traceability, resilience and collaboration, blockchain adoption challenges, supply chain performance, supply chain agility and adaptability, sustainability and carbon auditing, and supply chain finance. Our findings broaden the discussion by taking an integrated approach that embraces blockchain from different angles. Future research paths were pinpointed by systematically mapping and analyzing existing research trends, major research subjects, the evolution of publications over time, patterns of author and country collaboration, keyword co-occurrence, and more.

【Abstract】Supply chain control and sustainability can be significantly improved using distributed ledger technologies such as blockchain. The blockchain has the potential to facilitate responsible sourcing appropriately, compliance with weather requirements, and sustainable delivery chains. The purpose of this study is to address the hassle of managing conservatism when approaching era adoption and to explore the performance enhancements in blockchain-generated implementations. To achieve this goal, we introduce a scientific approach aimed at studying the outcomes of various factors in the adoption process in the blockchain era and verifying their impact on the overall performance of the delivery chain. Furthermore, a team of multidisciplinary professionals will establish causal relationships among these elements through a consensus-based approach. Ultimately, fuzzy reasoning tools can be used to determine the relative weights between identified factors and delivery chain performance goals. We will assemble causal representations of diagnoses using a dense scientific map model and dynamically generate scenarios for each. The study demonstrates that the integration of blockchain power generation can significantly improve the effectiveness of mineral supply chains. It uses smart contracts to promote environmental sustainability, traceability, and transparency.

【Abstract】PurposeBlockchain-based traceability technology (BTT) is an emerging digital technology that claims to have the potential to fulfil the demand for traceability to safeguard fruit safety. Drawing on the technological, organisational and environmental (TOE) framework, this study aims to investigate the perceived facilitators and barriers that influence the behavioural intentions of multiple stakeholders in the Vietnamese fruit supply chain (i.e., farmers, trading enterprises and consumers) to adopt BTT.Design/methodology/approachThis study utilised a qualitative approach of semi-structured in-depth interviews with 60 stakeholders in the Vietnamese fruit supply chain to achieve the research objectives. NVivo 12 was employed to analyse the collected data using content and thematic analysis.FindingsThe findings identify several perceived facilitators that motivate BTT adoption. These include trust, transparency, business performance, the formation of alliances, consumer awareness of food safety and ethical agricultural practices, fruit branding and the pivotal role of farmers' cooperatives. Meanwhile, the perceived barriers to BTT adoption include a lack of digital literacy amongst the stakeholders, poor organisational culture, the high cost of traceability-enabled products and data privacy and security governance.Practical implicationsThis study suggests that technology awareness and perceived facilitators and barriers should be incorporated into the design and deployment of blockchain-based traceability technology in the agri-food supply chain in developing countries.Originality/valueTo the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is the first qualitative paper that attempts to fill the research gap of understanding the perceived facilitators and barriers that influence the intentions of multiple stakeholders in the fruit supply chain to adopt BTT in the context of a developing economy.

【Abstract】Global requirements for waste classification management are increasingly stringent, yet developing countries, represented by China, face poor classification problems, low resident participation and a lack of transparency in flow data. Existing waste classification management technologies, such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, emphasize waste separation and identification, but ignore stakeholders' responsibilities and cooperation. This study aims to compensate for the above shortcomings and enhance the efficiency of waste classification management through blockchain technology. This study builds a blockchain-based waste classification model including software and hardware, and applies it to a pilot community to test its management effect. According to results (January, 2022/September, 2022), the waste bin overflow rate decreased by 41.67%; the public participation rate increased from 52.4 to 95.9%. From July to September 2022, the average rate of violations traced by regulations was 82.4%; 85.9% of interviewers responded positively to regulative monitoring and enforcement. The recycling potential of the recyclable has been increasing, reaching 95.05% in September 2022. Additionally, the researchers refined the model functions and experimental contents through the entropy matter-element method. In conclusion, the blockchain model emphasizes public involvement, government monitoring and quality of waste classification and recycling, which improves waste management efficiency.

【Abstract】Deep learning-based sleep staging can identify the signal characteristics of each stage of polysomnography (PSG) and classify them automatically, but the sleep staging learning model for pursuing higher classification accuracy cannot be separated from the aggregation of a large number of data sets. To meet the needs of decentralized medical institution deployment and data security, this paper proposes an alliance chain-based PSG data sharing model. Considering the need for PSG data to carry tags when sharing and the access of wearable IoT devices when collecting, we design an alliance chain-based intra- and inter-medical institution chain to ensure data security and privacy, and a labeled off-chain storage scheme based on the planetary file system (IPFS), which guarantees the blockchain performance and meets the need for labeling. At the same time, PSG is a kind of precious medical data, and it is difficult for each medical institution to share the dataset spontaneously without compensation. Therefore, this paper designs an incentive mechanism based on data value and access credit, and obtains the incentive evaluation value by evaluating the dataset quality and institutional access behavior through an open and transparent mechanism, which not only guarantees the activity of the sharing system but also restrains the access behavior of each institution. Finally, this paper uses Hyperledger Fabric to implement a resource access control model based on permission hierarchy through smart contracts, and narrows the scope of policy retrieval by introducing incentive evaluation values, and the model is tested under six different policy scales with different degrees of significant improvement in access efficiency.

【Abstract】Data sharing is a critical component in a blockchain traceability platform. Therefore, creating a reasonable incentive mechanism to ensure that all enterprises participate in data sharing is vital for blockchain platforms. Currently, many researchers employ evolutionary game theory to analyze problems related to data sharing. However, evolutionary game theory typically assumes that the population composed of enterprises is mixed uniformly. Enterprises in the manufacturing industry are not uniformly mixed, as they tend to have specific connections with each other due to the size of enterprises and volume of business. Therefore, a networked evolutionary game is introduced to solve this problem. Firstly, an incentive model for enterprises sharing data is established. Then, a scale-free network is employed to simulate the connections between enterprises. To comprehensively consider the individual and group benefits of enterprises in the game, this study designs a strategy update rule for networked evolutionary game based on Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization and Variable Neighborhood Descent algorithm. To tackle the challenge of determining reasonable incentive values in networked evolutionary games, this study proposes a dynamic incentive mechanism based on the Q-Learning algorithm. Finally, the experiments indicate that this method can successfully facilitate the stable involvement of enterprises in data sharing.

【Abstract】By combining blockchain technology (BT) and reinforcement learning (RL), the proposed work addresses the difficulties associated with vaccine recommendations. The need for individualized recommendations is obvious as vaccine schedules become more complicated and there are more vaccines available. The proposed work presents a novel approach that combines the adaptability of RL with the security, privacy, and transparency of BT. Layers for data processing, application, consensus, and smart contracts are included in the system architecture. It provides user-managed secure access, individualized vaccine recommendations, and decentralized data storage. The system aims to improve public health outcomes by using smart contracts to automate procedures and RL to improve recommendations. Using 10-fold cross-validation on the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) dataset, the experimental study verifies the performance of the system. The study focuses on metrics like accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and F-measure when contrasting the proposed model with current solutions. The ability of proposed model to offer precise and well-informed vaccine recommendations is demonstrated by its consistent outperformance of competitors in accuracy and sensitivity.

【Abstract】An attribute-based authority system helps in providing file/system access to only authorized users. However, they face specific challenges in securing the dataset from attacks. Hence, a novel hybrid Chimp Optimization -based Elliptical Curve Cryptosystem Model (CbECCM) was designed in this article. The main objective of this model is to overcome these demerits of the existing system and to provide file access to the authorized user. The chimp fitness in the user authorization module improves the system's confidentiality. The presented work was validated with a crop-recommendation dataset, and the outcomes are estimated. Moreover, the homomorphism algorithm increases the data integrity and reduces the time complexity. Finally, the robustness of the developed model was checked by launching the Denial of Service (DoS) attack on the cloud servers. The performance of the designed model is estimated and validated with a comparative analysis. The performance analysis shows that the developed model attained a high confidential rate of 100%. The comparative analysis proves that the developed model achieved better outcomes than others.

【Abstract】E-diasporas are communities of diaspora members utilizing digital technologies and data platforms to establish connections among themselves and with their homelands. In response to the pandemic, governments worldwide have intensified efforts to reinforce e-diasporas. However, these endeavours often rely on social media extractivist Big Tech platforms, which are referred to as 'hyperconnected diasporas' in this article. This trend potentially poses a threat to institutional trust and data privacy. This article introduces HanHemen (ThereHere in Basque language, Euskera), an ongoing action research-driven e-diaspora platform facilitated by the Basque Government. HanHemen aims to ensure data privacy through experimentation with blockchain technologies and co-production with end-users via DAOs. This article reveals findings from an online survey completed by 419 Basque diasporic citizens (N = 1,385), who demonstrated support for digital nomadism (62%) and expressed concerns about data privacy (84%). These findings highlight the need to overcome the mainstream 'hyperconnected diaspora' trend through HanHemen.

【Abstract】This article underscores the necessity for sustainable and environmentally friendly manufacturing practices in product family configuration (PFC) projects, which are paramount to the global economy. Nevertheless, conventional approaches often fixate solely on design aspects, overlooking downstream supply chain configuration (SCC) considerations and the corresponding environmental benefits. Consequently, there is an escalating demand for an integrated optimisation approach that encompasses both PFC and SCC to realise economic and environmental advantages. This study delves into a methodology that integrates blockchain smart contracts as binary 0-1 variables with waste recycling and utilisation, yielding a comprehensive multi-objective model. The proposed methodology seamlessly incorporates considerations for both PFC and SCC. Furthermore, a nested leader-follower optimisation algorithm, based on the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II), has been devised with the objective of achieving triple benefits: augmented profits, maintenance revenue, and diminished environmental emissions. In conclusion, this research contributes to the advancement of sustainable collaborative optimisation through the innovative utilisation of blockchain smart contracts and multi-level modelling. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology, it is applied to a 60 KW DC electric vehicle (EV) charging piles, accompanied by a sensitivity analysis to assess its management implications.

【Abstract】Sharing high-quality educational resources has become an effective way to promote educational equity. The traditional educational resource sharing platforms using centralized storage architecture have security issues. Recently, many studies use blockchain to achieve secure sharing of educational resources. However, the existing blockchain-based educational resource sharing schemes only use blockchain as a storage tool, and have issues such as low sharing efficiency, without considering copyright security, and lack of a trusted sharing environment, which prevents the large-scale sharing of educational resources. In response, we propose ERSChain, a novel blockchain-based educational resources sharing solution. First, we put forward a hybrid storage method that keeps the hash value of resource in the blockchain and stores the encrypted resource in the off-chain, which can alleviate the storage and computing pressure brought by massive educational resources while ensuring the integrity of resources. Second, we construct an efficient revocable ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption algorithm to implement flexible access control and an outsourced decryption algorithm to achieve greater efficiency. Obtaining access to educational resources is possible when user's attributes meet the access policy and the user's identity does not exist in the revocation list. Third, we put forward a credit mechanism to adjust the user's credibility and a credit-based consensus mechanism to maintain the trusted sharing environment. Finally, security analysis and plentiful of experiments demonstrate that our proposed ERSChain achieves security assurance, has better applicability than similar works, and enables large-scale sharing of educational resources.
