【Abstract】As a cutting-edge technology with characteristics of transparency, traceability, decentralization, and immutability, blockchain technology (BCT) has been thought as an effective method of enhancing green supply chain integration (GSCI). However, the mechanism of how BCT affects GSCI is still blurred. Based on transaction cost theory and resource dependence theory, this research explores the mediating effect of supply chain trust in the relationship between BCT adoption and GSCI and the moderating role of organizational culture. We examine hypotheses using two waves of survey data from 317 Chinese manufacturers. The results reveal that BCT has a positive effect on supply chain trust, and supply chain trust partially mediates the impacts of BCT on three dimensions of GSCI. Moreover, a flexible-oriented culture alleviates the impact of BCT on supply chain trust, whereas a control-oriented culture strengthens the relationship. This research unfolds the "black box" in the BCT-GSCI relationship by exploring the mediating role of supply chain trust, and it is seldom a study that simultaneously combines information management area (BCT), operation management area (GSCI), and organizational behavior area (organizational culture) in a framework.

【Abstract】Motivated by the industrial observation of the increasing application of blockchain in the supply chain and its improvement in terms of consumer demand, this study examines the impact of investment decisions of blockchain data acquisition nodes upstream and downstream of the supply chain on firms' product recycling and pricing, market demand, and profits. The influences of different pricing leadership (i.e. supplier-led vs. retailer-led) in a supply chain are also thoroughly investigated. First, the presence of a strong retailer dramatically reduces suppliers' incentive to invest in blockchain. However, the supplier is still likely to invest more in a retailer-led supply chain than that in a supply chain led by itself under certain conditions; that is, the cost of blockchain is relatively small, or consumers' sensitivity to blockchain or product recycling benefits is rather large. Second, the total number of blockchain data acquisition nodes, market demand, and supply chain profit in a retailer-led supply chain are higher than in a supplier-led supply chain. Finally, interestingly, the supplier will be better off in a retailer-led supply chain when the return effect of product recycling is relatively high, while the cost-effectiveness of blockchain investment is relatively low.

【Abstract】Post-sale customer care (PSCC) outsourcing is an effective supply chain strategy to reduce costs, but traditional outsourcing methods cannot ensure consumers' belief in PSCC quality, harming the firms' competitive strategy. To ensure consumer satisfaction through transparency, this article examines evolving supply chain strategies of leveraging blockchain to outsource PSCC operations of competing manufacturers to third-party agents. Based on consumers' beliefs and blockchain adoption cost, manufacturers have two choices; to outsource the PSCC operations with or without blockchain, resulting in multiple outsourcing strategies. Results show that the consumers' belief in one manufacturer's outsourcing strategy has detrimental effects on the stance of another manufacturer. Moreover, the blockchain cost and consumers' beliefs dictate the manufacturers' strategies for PSCC outsourcing, resulting in a 'quadruple zone of strategic fit', where both manufacturers adopt blockchain or neither adopt blockchain, or one adopts while the other does not. Interestingly, despite the low or zero blockchain cost, both manufacturers will outsource without blockchain if their traditional business models satisfy consumers. The extended analysis reveals contradictory results that manufacturers should outsource more often with blockchain to facilitate consumers when a long-term warranty is offered, or the product has a higher failure rate, even though, overall these factors increase costs.

【Abstract】Distributed transactions in e-Healthcare and the evaluation of medical data have become an active research area of information technology that delivers medical records management and optimization without manually visualizing the computational loss. The increased use of e-Healthcare applications for availing medical services requires efficient computation during the processing of medical transactions and preservation through intelligent measurement analysis. Medical industries often involve and aim for the smooth application of medical transmission of demanding services. Thus, there are significant requirements for calculating loss during optimization and management in the distributed private network. In this paper, we contribute to two different objectives. First, we propose a machine learning-based stochastic gradient descent method for managing medical records and optimizing day-to-day transactions of e-Healthcare applications. This approach evaluates the loss of medical features during computation and enables optimized details of data transmission. Secondly, a blockchain-distributed E-Healthcare novel and a secure serverless architecture are proposed for the medical industry to protect transactions and preserve immutable storage. The simulation result shows the proposed system computations, such as loss = 0.7 (7%), learning-rate = goldilocks, ledger optimization =0.23 (23%), transmission power =-18 dBm, jitter = 32 ms, delay =90 ms, throughput = 170 bytes, duty-cycle and delivery = 0.10(10%), and calculate dynamic response.

This paper explores the blockchain innovation ecosystem in construction.Design/methodology/approachThrough a qualitative study of 23 diverse interviewees, the study explores how open or closed the blockchain innovation ecosystem in construction is and who its emerging orchestrators are.FindingsThe data showed that construction aims towards an open innovation blockchain ecosystem, although there are elements of hybridisation and closedness, each system pointing out to different orchestrators.Practical implicationsThe study has implications for governments and large companies in construction, showing that open innovation initiatives need to be encouraged by policymakers through rules, regulations and government-sponsored demonstrator projects.Social implicationsThe data showed that there is lack of readiness for business model change to support open innovation blockchain ecosystems in construction.Originality/valueThis is the first study applying the open innovation theory in the construction industry and sheds light into the phenomenon of blockchain, suggesting routes for further democratisation of the technology for policymakers and practitioners.

【Abstract】The article provides an overview of academic contributions to blockchain technology over the past three years. A large number of practical implementations are proving the versatility of blockchain across industries. Some of these areas are easy to deduce, but for some, the benefits of using blockchain technology may not be obvious. Real applications of blockchain can be found in sectors such as cyber security and the financial sector, but also in various categories of the public sector, healthcare, and industry. This paper focuses on the use of blockchain technology in the energy industry. The paper aims to present the current trends of blockchain in the energy sector and provide a summary of blockchain technology discussed in academia. The research questions are formulated to correspond to the basic goals of the energy sector today. The core of the paper forms a systematic review based on the PRISMA guidelines. The output of this systematic review brings an up-to-day insight into the issue and introduces potential areas for further research.

【Abstract】Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are becoming more popular for many applications due to their convenient services. However, sensor nodes may suffer from significant security flaws, leading researchers to propose authentication schemes to protect WSNs. Although these authentication protocols significantly fulfill the required protection, security enhancement with less energy consumption is essential to preserve the availability of resources and secure better performance. In 2020, Youssef et al. suggested a scheme called Enhanced Probabilistic Cluster Head Selection (LEACH-PRO) to extend the sensors' lifetime in WSNs. This paper introduces a new variant of the LEACH-PRO protocol by adopting the blockchain security technique to protect WSNs. The proposed protocol (SLEACH-PRO) performs a decentralized authentication mechanism by applying a blockchain to multiple base stations to avoid system and performance degradation in the event of a station failure. The security analysis of the SLEACH-PRO is performed using Burrows-Abadi-Needham (BAN) logic and Automated Validation of Internet Security Protocols and Applications (AVISPA) tool. Moreover, the SLEACH-PRO is evaluated and compared to related protocols in terms of computational cost and security level based on its resistance against several attacks. The comparison results showed that the SLEACH-PRO protocol is more secure and requires less computational cost compared to other related protocols.

【Abstract】Recently, the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) under the umbrella of the Internet of Things (IoT) in smart cities and emerging communities have become the focus of the academic and industrial science community. On this basis, UAVs have been used in many military and commercial systems as emergency transport and air support during natural disasters and epidemics. In such previous scenarios, boosting wireless signals in remote or isolated areas would need a mobile signal booster placed on UAVs, and, at the same time, the data would be secured by a secure decentralized database. This paper contributes to investigating the possibility of using a wireless repeater placed on a UAV as a mobile booster for weak wireless signals in isolated or rural areas in emergency situations and that the transmitted information is protected from external interference and manipulation. The working mechanism is as follows: one of the UAVs detect a human presence in a predetermined area with the thermal camera and then directs the UAVs to the location to enhance the weak signal and protect the transmitted data. The methodology of localization and clusterization of the UAVs is represented by a swarm intelligence localization (SIL) optimization algorithm. At the same time, the information sent by UAV is protected by blockchain technology as a decentralization database. According to realistic studies and analyses of UAVs localization and clusterization, the proposed idea can improve the amplitude of the wireless signals in far regions. In comparison, this database technique is difficult to attack. The research ultimately supports emergency transport networks, blockchain, and IoT services.

【Abstract】Internet of Things (IoT), a strong integration of radio frequency identifier (RFID), wireless devices, and sensors, has provided a difficult yet strong chance to shape existing systems into intelligent ones. Many new applications have been created in the last few years. As many as a million objects are anticipated to be linked together to form a network that can infer meaningful conclusions based on raw data. This means any IoT system is heterogeneous when it comes to the types of devices that are used in the system and how they communicate with each other. In most cases, an IoT network can be described as a layered network, with multiple tiers stacked on top of each other. IoT network performance improvement typically focuses on a single layer. As a result, effectiveness in one layer may rise while that of another may fall. Ultimately, the achievement issue must be addressed by considering improvements in all layers of an IoT network, or at the very least, by considering contiguous hierarchical levels. Using a parallel and clustered architecture in the device layer, this paper examines how to improve the performance of an IoT network's controller layer. A particular clustered architecture at the device level has been shown to increase the performance of an IoT network by 16% percent. Using a clustered architecture at the device layer in conjunction with a parallel architecture at the controller layer boosts performance by 24% overall.

【Abstract】The high storage costs brought by the full-replication storage strategy adopted in most existing blockchain systems have become the main bottleneck to system scalability. To address the above, we propose an asynchronous committee-based blockchain storage strategy named lightweight BFT (LBFT), which can be applied to more diverse scenarios with better system performance. It is the first blockchain storage scheme that is designed on the conception of the zero-trust model, achieving higher-level security and fending off internal, as well as external attackers. In addition, it makes the following progress on system performance on the premise of maintaining the merits of the blockchain: (1) decreases communication complexity by involving only a part of the nodes in each decoding round; (2) enhances the robustness of the scheme regardless of the time assumption of the network; (3) improves the computational efficiency in the encoding and decoding process; and (4) reduces the storage costs and improves system scalability. In addition, we implemented experiments on LBFT and two other existing blockchain-based storage strategies, and the experimental results showed that LBFT indeed has significant improvements in system performance.

【Abstract】Focusing on the fine-grained access control challenge of multi-user searchable encryption, we propose a hierarchical searchable encryption scheme using blockchain-based indexing (HSE-BI). First, we propose a hierarchical search index structure based on a DAG-type access policy and a stepwise hierarchical key derivation mechanism; which we outsourced to the blockchain network to achieve reliable hierarchical search. We design a dynamic append-only update protocol for the blockchain-based index to deal with adding and deleting files. Secondly, we propose a hierarchical authorization mechanism based on broadcast encryption to achieve fine-grained search permission granting and revoking, which can prevent a malicious server from colluding with corrupted users. The security and complexity analysis shows that HSE- BI achieves optimal search time while satisfying adaptive secure and revocation secure. Our experimental results are encouraging, e.g., compared with the traditional multi-user searchable encryption schemes, HSE-BI's hierarchical search policy does not impact the search performance visually. The growth rate of the search latency decreases with the increasing number of hierarchical users, which can act as an efficient crypto tool to open up venues for other applications. We demonstrate that HSE-BI is more suitable for actual applications with fine-grained access requirements and can act as an efficient crypto tool to open up venues for other applications.

【Abstract】Federated learning is a hot area of concern in the field of privacy protection. There are local model parameters that are difficult to integrate, poor model timeliness, and local model training security issues. This paper proposes a blockchain-based differential optimization federated incremental learning algorithm, First, we apply differential privacy to the weighted random forest and optimize the parameters in the weighted forest to reduce the impact of adding differential privacy on the accuracy of the local model. Using different ensemble algorithms to integrate the local model parameters can improve the accuracy of the global model. At the same time, the risk of a data leakage caused by gradient update is reduced; then, incremental learning is applied to the framework of federated learning to improve the timeliness of the model; finally, the model parameters in the model training phase are uploaded to the blockchain and synchronized quickly, which reduces the cost of data storage and model parameter transmission. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the stacking ensemble model in each period is above 83.5% and the variance is lower than 10(-4) for training on the public data set. The accuracy of the model has been improved, and the security and privacy of the model have been improved.

【Abstract】This article interrogates the turn towards digital technologies for addressing sustainability challenges in global supply chains. Focusing on the case of blockchains, we assess industry claims that this set of distributed ledger technologies for undertaking, verifying, and publishing digital transactions provides the greater transparency necessary to resolve sustainability challenges. Our central contention is that blockchain-based initiatives to promote sustainability in global supply chains double-down on modes of third-party audit and disclosure governance that have thus far failed to address labour and environmental abuses. The turn towards these digital technologies, we show, extends interlinked processes of managerialization and the spread of 'audit culture' in the governance of global supply chains. These tendencies heighten obstacles to enhancing sustainability across global supply chains, exacerbating the very challenges blockchain initiatives are ostensibly meant to address. Worse than not fundamentally addressing sustainability problems, applications of this set of 'sustech' render failures to address sustainability abuses more opaque. The technological novelty of blockchain helps to construct what we call a 'veil of transparency' over sustainability abuses and marginalities in and across global supply chains.

【Abstract】In the present study, the economic model predictive control (EMPC) scheme is presented for the time of use tariff application of photovoltaic and diesel generator backup system, which is connected to the grid-connected microgrid. Through the use of the closed-loop control system, the prior open-loop optimal control is enhanced. Minimizing the grid energy and fuel costs by evaluating the fuel level restrictions in the diesel tank is the main goal of this study. To accommodate the restrictions among controllable variables, this control method fulfils the load requirements. To gain the benefits of feedback and predictions, optimal power scheduling is modelled as a control problem. Furthermore, Blockchain technology is applied to secure interchanged information in the grid to avoid manipulating data by attackers. Specifically, the analysis is divided into two scenarios. The first one takes place in the alternative style when a blackout happens between [7 am and 6 pm] h and the other occurs in a grid energy mode when the network is available over 24 h. Energy performance, cost savings, and daily revenue have all been improved by EMPC. As a result, the daily energy savings are up to 52%, whereas diesel energy does not go over 85%.

【Abstract】The storage of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) on mobile cloud environments has undergone a paradigm shift in recent years, with mobile devices integrating with cloud computing to improve medical data transfers between patients and healthcare providers. This sophisticated paradigm allows for minimal operational costs, significant flexibility, and the use of electronic health records (EHRs). However, for e-health systems, this new paradigm poses concerns regarding data privacy and network security. It's a challenging problem to exchange EHRs consistently among mobile users while maintaining high-security levels in the mobile cloud. Here, this paper intends to introduce a novel blockchain technology for secure health data in the cloud, which aids in ensuring authentication and offers integrity to medical records. Here, blockchain with optimal encryption is deployed via an improved blowfish model that also guarantees authentication features. Further, the optimal key generation is carried out by a new approach termed as Elephant Herding Optimization with Opposition-based Learning (EHO-OBL). Thus, the data integrity is maintained by the developed approach, and at last, the supremacy of the presented approach is proved concerning various measures. Accordingly, the key generation time of the proposed method has attained less value, and it was 51.04%, 91.48%, 92.64%, 91.48%, 89.99%, 91.06% and 91.48% better than traditional Blowfish, Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Elliptic-Curve Cryptography (ECC), Elephant Herding Optimization (EHO), Moth-Flame Optimization (MFO) and Whale Optimization (WOA) models, for file size of 10 kb.

【Abstract】My contribution intends to map the cultures and practices related to crypto-finance use in two distinct sectors: the 'mainstream' space of retail investors and the avantgarde space of artists/activists. This paper explores the realm of crypto-finance by using the lens of cultural and social analysis, deploying a frame derived from the theory of public sphere. By doing this I analyse the cultural production of the publics which coalesced around crypto, evaluating the change of visibility implied in these new public discussions of finance. The aim of this paper is to highlight potential bridges for cultural policy in two fields that have both partially departed from an institutional framework but that ultimately ended up being significantly embedded in mainstream cultural and social processes. In the case of ordinary crypto-investors, I will reflect on how platformed cultural production is responsible for the creation alternative financial literacy. In the case of artists, I will explore how blockchain-based innovation nurtured a new space for the imagination of finance and welfare. I will conclude by discussing these developments and drawing implications crypto-finance has for the discussion on the role of financial investment and digital technologies in our societies.

【摘要】本文将央行数字货币(CBDC)引入DSGE模型,以产出、消费、投资与通胀四个宏观经济指标为参照,观察CBDC发行规模与计息规则产生的宏观经济效应。研究结果表明:(1)以替代现金且不计息的方式发行CBDC有利于宏观经济稳定。(2)加大CBDC供应量可以作为一项宽松型货币政策工具;调高CBDC利率可以作为一项紧缩型货币政策工具。(3)CBDC收益性越接近存款,家庭部门使用数字货币进行消费的意愿越小;由于家庭部门受CBDC收益和通胀的影响,CBDC正向供应量与利率冲击会使消费出现暂时的减少与增长。

【摘要】阅读方式随着媒介技术的进步而不断变革,元宇宙技术的发展将开启新的阅读时代,带来新的阅读样态和文化。然而,元宇宙阅读并没有受到足够重视,鲜有学者从媒介进化角度分析元宇宙阅读的创新发展逻辑,以及对现有阅读方式的“补偿”机理与这种“补偿”产生的一系列新问题和挑战。元宇宙赋能阅读发展要着力于人这一主体,坚持以人为本,把握元宇宙阅读的人性化发展趋势。

【摘要】元宇宙的深度场景化加速了媒介形态的变革,也推动了数字阅读不断发展。笔者基于可供性理论总结数字阅读的场景可供性概念,该概念包含数据可供性、技术可供性、感知可供性以及社交可供性四个维度。文章结合元宇宙虚拟经济、数字化身、虚拟情境以及虚拟社交网络等要素探索元宇宙阅读场景,并展望数字阅读在元宇宙中的场景建构路径:阅读画像驱动元宇宙阅读场景迭代,人机融合实现用户自主创新与创造;智能技术实现元宇宙阅读的人景融合,数字分身感受阅读场景的“全真信息”;虚拟情境助推数字化身的场景连接,沉浸体验实现抽象阅读的内容场景化;阅读社交化丰富内容创作与传播,参与式阅读实现用户想象思维的具象化。

【摘要】文章阐述了元宇宙书店属性之“变”与“不变”,厘清了其融合与重构的架构逻辑。在此基础上,以“人、物、场”三者的联结与重构为导向,构想了元宇宙书店的未来呈现:在“人”方面,提出自然人的虚拟映射、AI驱动的虚拟数字人两类主体要素;在“物”方面,分析了孪生图书、增强图书、元宇宙图书等内容形态;在“场”方面,阐述了作为物质和交互之“场”的孪生场所、关系空间,从而为形成“人、物、场”一体化的元宇宙书店提供参考与借鉴。

【摘要】分级诊疗制度是合理配置医疗资源, 促进基本医疗服务均质化的重要举措。医疗联合体(以下简称医联体)是分级诊疗的重要服务模式和服务体系, 其作用是实现上下联动, 满足患者的就诊需求。信息化建设是推动医联体服务的重要抓手。为了解决"联不通"的问题, 医联体需要一套完整的、互联互通的医院信息化平台作为支撑, 建立区域性的转诊平台, 实现医联体内各医疗机构一体化服务。上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院针对分级诊疗的"十六字方针", 构建了基于区块链的转诊系统, 纳入S2B2C模式理念, 利用区块链技术的可溯源、不可篡改和分布式记账的特性, 实现了与下级医院的数据独立存储, 形成信息实时共享和互联互通, 为医联体管理提供了可行性方案。
