【Abstract】This study aims to investigate the barriers to the adoption of Blockchain Technology (BT) within the field of Construction Supply Chain Management (CSCM) by unravelling their interrelationships. In doing so, a Pythagorean fuzzy-set-based DEMATEL method to assess these barriers in a complex environment is proposed. The results of the study suggest that "market-based risks", "high costs for maintaining sustainability", and "usage in the underground economy" are the most influential barriers to the adoption of BT in CSCM. Furthermore, the study identifies that "inadequate knowledge/employee training", "contractual risk", and "scalability issues" play a pivotal role within the CSCM system. The reliability and validation of the obtained results were also shown using sensitivity analysis and the focus-group-discussion approach. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for stakeholders in the construction industry to design and implement effective measures to overcome the identified barriers to the adoption of BT in CSCM. By addressing these barriers, stakeholders can facilitate the adoption of BT, leading to more efficient and effective construction supply chain management practices.

【Abstract】Blockchain technology and renewable energy links can realize the fusion of energy flow and information flow. The combination of the two has a high degree of matching, and the related research is also increasing. Although experts have expanded their research on renewable energy and blockchain, there are still restrictions and gaps in the existing research. In this paper, 920 articles from 2016 to 2023 were chosen and visualized using biblio-metrics and CiteSpace software to analyze the research field's development base, collaborative groups, hot topics and evolutionary trends. Based on the foregoing research, we summarized the pertinent literature in the area of "Renewable energy & Blockchain" and thoroughly analyzed the current hot issues in depth to determine the future development direction. The findings show that, first, related research in the field increased rapidly in 2016-2023, the research topics and hotspots of "Renewable energy & Blockchain" focus on energy system optimization, clean energy technologies, circular development and renewable energy trading. Second, all sub-jects have a specific strength and influence contribution in the field, from the micro to the macro level. Among them, China, the United States and their universities have relatively mature research experience and research ability. Third, research gaps in blockchain-based renewable energy application, technology, and policy, as well as potential trends in energy internet, energy management, energy systems, green certificate trading, and green power trading. This study provides researchers with a theoretical foundation for gaining a thorough under-standing of current research efforts and future research directions in this field.

【Abstract】This paper develops a Russia-Ukraine War and Economic Sanctions Sentiment Index (RUWESsent) to reflect the public sentiment and reaction to economic sanction news based on Twitter Sentiments, Google Trend, Wikipedia Trend, and News Sentiments. We then investigate the effect of our proposed aggregate measure of war and economic sanctions induced sentiment on the blockchain and Fintech stocks.Using quantile-on-quantile regression, we document that RUWESsent has positive (negative) effect on the returns of FinTech and blockchain market stocks in a bullish (bearish) market state. The result of the rolling window wavelet correlation finds a higher negative correlation immediately after the invasion, with further results revealing that negative sentiments negatively impact FinTech and blockchain markets' returns. Furthermore, the time-frequency quantile VAR approach shows that RUWESsent is the major transmitter of shock in the network. Our findings imply that negative sentiment induces irrational investor behavior and increases noise trader loss aversion and herding behavior. Our findings have significant implications for investors and policy makers during geopolitical crises.

【Abstract】Given the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies, accurately forecasting cryptocurrency volatility and under-standing its determinants are crucial. This paper applies machine learning (ML) techniques to forecast cryptocurrency volatility using internal determinants (e.g., lagged volatility, previous trading information) and external determinants (e.g., technology, financial, and policy uncertainty factors). Both Random Forest and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks significantly outperform traditional volatility models such as GARCH. Furthermore, we explore two optimization models-Genetic Algorithm and Artificial Bee Colony-to tune the hyper-parameters of LSTM. Our results indicate that the application of these optimization models sub-stantially improves forecasting performance. Moreover, using SHapley Additive exPlanations, an interpretation method, we find that internal determinants play the most important roles in volatility forecasts. Finally, our results show that models trained with determinants from multiple cryptocurrencies outperform those trained with determinants from a single cryptocurrency, suggesting that considering a broader range of determinants can capture the complex dynamics in the cryptocurrency market.

【Abstract】The Named Data Networking is a popular future internet architecture designed around the content name. This data-centric network architecture sought to improve routing techniques, traffic management, network performance, and more. It also adopted a data-centric security paradigm to ensure content authenticity, confidentiality, integrity, and privacy. Several challenges need to be addressed to achieve such a comprehensive security goal. Innovative blockchain-based security solutions were widely used to address such challenges. Blockchain could offer a secure platform for advanced security features like decentralized identity, distributed trust management, and many more. The current trend is to use blockchain to secure key management operations in Named Data Networking. This survey aimed to identify key management challenges in Named Data Networking and how they were mitigated using blockchain. For this purpose, the survey comprehensively reviewed the existing blockchain-based key management systems for Named Data Networking. It summarized how these systems solve different key management problems using blockchain. It also performed a comparative analysis of these systems based on three references. Firstly, the systems were analyzed to investigate their conformance to the National Institute of Standards and Technology recommendations for secure key management. Secondly, the systems were examined concerning the Named Data Networking platform to reveal information about their key namespace and key object structure. Thirdly, the systems were analyzed based on the blockchain platform and compared regarding their functionality, performance, and security. The content stored in the blockchain was also examined to uncover the relationship between the key, key name, and blockchain. The survey concluded by identifying research gaps and opportunities for further research. This paper contributed to gaining knowledge about key management security challenges faced by Named Data Networking. It revealed how blockchain technology addressed these key management security challenges. It also identified blockchain features that can be adopted to secure key management operations further. The survey results provided a template to guide future research to secure key management in NDN with blockchain.

【Abstract】In the high-stakes race for scalability, some blockchains have turned to committee based consensus (CBC), whereby the chain's recordkeeping rights are entrusted to a committee of block producers elected via approval voting. Smaller committees boost speed and scalability but can compromise security when voters have limited information. In this environment, voting strategies are naturally nonlinear, and equilibria can become intractable. Despite this, we show that elections converge to optimality asymptotically (in voter numbers), exponentially quickly, and under relatively weak informational requirements. Compared to popular stake-weighted lottery and single-vote protocols used in practice, we find that CBC, when paired with approval voting, can offer meaningful efficiency and robustness gains if enough voters are engaged.

【Abstract】Cryptocurrencies have ballooned into a billion-dollar business. To inform regulations aimed at protecting consumers vulnerable to suboptimal financial decisions, we investigate crypto investment intentions as a function of consumer gender, financial overconfidence (greater subjective relative to objective financial knowledge), and the Big Five personality traits. Study 1 (N = 126) found that people believe each Big Five personality trait as well as consumer gender and financial overconfidence to predict consumers' crypto investment intentions. Study 2 (N = 1741) revealed that less than 1 in 10 consumers from a nationally representative sample (Norway) are willing to invest in crypto. However, the proportion of male (vs. female) consumers considering such investments is more than twice as large, with less (vs. more) agreeable and less (vs. more) conscientious, but more (vs. less) open and more (vs. less) financially overconfident consumers also being increasingly inclined to consider crypto investments. Financial overconfidence, agreeableness, and conscientiousness mediate the link between consumer gender and crypto investment intentions. These results hold after accounting for a theoretically relevant confounding factor (financial self-efficacy). Together, this research offers novel implications for marketing theory and practice that help understand the observed gender differences in consumers' crypto investments.

【Abstract】With the increasing publicity of information, more and more users are willing to share their data with others. Therefore, in cloud storage services, the security of shared data has begun to attract attention. Most of the current integrity auditing schemes cannot balance data sharing and audit security well. In view of this, we propose an audit scheme based on blockchain and file prediction in the shared environment. On the one hand, a lightweight signature algorithm is designed to realize the revocation of group members without source data transmission, which greatly avoids the communication overhead between the user and the cloud. On the other hand, we introduce blockchain technology into auditing and use smart contracts to verify the integrity of cloud data, making the system more secure, tamper-resistant, and traceable. Finally, in order to ensure that a file is audited only when necessary, we propose the concept of valid auditing and predict the frequently accessed or likely accessed files in the sharing group, which greatly improves the valid auditing rate and saves system computing resources. The security analysis proves that our method is safe and reliable. The performance evaluation and experimental comparison prove that our scheme has high efficiency.

【Abstract】Smart Grid 3.0 is the latest evolution of the smart grid and incorporates advanced computing and communication technologies. The synchrophasor communication system plays a critical role in wide-area measurement systems (WAMS) for real-time protection and control of power systems, supporting the objectives of Smart Grid 3.0. This system relies on synchrophasor communication technologies, where Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) transmit synchrophasor data to Phasor Data Concentrators (PDCs) over the synchrophasor communication network. The communication infrastructure of this network is based on the TCP/IP protocol stack, which, unfortunately, is susceptible to cyberattacks, posing security threats such as data tampering and false data injection. These vulnerabilities undermine the intended benefits of synchrophasor applications in terms of situational awareness, observability, grid reliability, resiliency, and synchronized monitoring and control in the smart grid. To address these challenges, it is crucial to enhance the security, integrity, and confidentiality of synchrophasor data within the communication system. This paper proposes a blockchain-based synchrophasor communication system that preserves the security and integrity of synchrophasor data. In this paper, an architecture is proposed for a synchrophasor communication system based on blockchain technology. The proposed architecture aims to enhance the security and integrity of synchrophasor measurements. Furthermore, the architecture is developed as a peer-to-peer distributed blockchain network, leveraging the robustness of a distributed, decentralized, hierarchical PDC architecture. To evaluate the efficacy of the proposed architecture, two case studies, one using the IEEE 9 bus and the other using IEEE 14 bus systems are considered. Moreover, various challenges with potential solutions are also recommended. The proposed work is envisioned to contribute to the advancement of Smart Grid 3.0 by adopting blockchain technology for synchrophasor applications.

【Abstract】Ciphertext policy-attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE), which provides fine-grained access control and ensures data confidentiality, is widely used in data sharing. However, traditional CP-ABE schemes often choose to outsource data to untrusted third-party cloud service providers for storage or to verify users' access rights through third parties, which increases the risk of privacy leakage and also suffers from the problem of opaque permission verification. This paper proposes an access control scheme based on blockchain and CP-ABE, which is based on multiple authorization centers and supports policy updating. In addition, blockchain technology's distributed, decentralized, and tamper-proof features are utilized to solve the trust crisis problem in the data-sharing process. Security analysis and performance evaluation show that the proposed scheme improves the computational efficiency by 18%, 26%, and 68% compared to previous references. The proposed scheme also satisfies the indistinguishability under chosen-plaintext attack (IND-CPA).

【Abstract】This paper is aimed at systematically reviewing the literature on the interface of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), Industry 4.0 and renewable energy. The aims of this review are to ascertain current state of the art in GSCM practices, to critically examine the role of industry 4.0 technologies in GSCM adoption, to examine sustainability and supply chain issues within the renewable energy sector, and to critically discuss tackling these issues using industry 4.0 driven GSCM. A total of 215 review and empirical papers from 2004 to 2023 gathered from three databases (ScienceDirect, Scopus and Web of Science) were reviewed. This research found several GSCM practices and succinctly categorized those based on their respective positions along any given value chain. The practices were categorized as related to: procurement and sourcing, product design, corporate relationship, organizational structure/strategy, logistics and transportation, waste and pollution management and manufacturing. We have found that the ten most mentioned GSCM practices are: Green purchasing, Eco-design, Cooperation with customers, Internal Environmental Management, Reverse logistics, Investment recovery, Green manufacturing, Green design, Collaboration with suppliers and Remanufacturing. Various Industry 4.0 technologies including blockchain, Internet of Things, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence were identified and their role in successful GSCM implementation is highlighted. Sustainability and supply chain related challenges within the renewable energy supply chain were found that include material sourcing and end-of-life management challenges. Finally, a perspective is given on the role of Industry 4.0 driven GSCM in tackling the renewable energy supply chain and sustainability challenges. This article concludes with a presentation of managerial implications and future research directions for managers within different sectors, especially the renewable energy industry.

【Abstract】The increasing popularity and usage of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has brought about new challenges in airspace management. With the number of drones expected to grow even further in the coming years, there is an urgent need for an autonomous traffic management system (TMS) that can safely and effectively manage drone traffic in the airspace. It is critical that this TMS be built with principles of the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) triad. In this paper, a traffic management system for UAVs is presented that takes advantage of a Hyperledger Fabric blockchain network. The TMS provides a decentralized and secure method to manage and deconflict drone flight paths, allowing for safe navigation in crowded airspaces. Through a series of simulated experiments, we demonstrated the system's capabilities in handling path creation, multiple conflict resolutions, and large numbers of drones. Simulated tests showed that the proposed system was able to handle deconfliction of 1000 drones inside of a one square kilometer, and returned calculated paths for drones in 60 to 2000 ms with up to 100 deconflictions. The Hyperledger Fabric powered traffic management system showcased the potential to leverage permissioned blockchain technology in improving drone traffic management.

【Abstract】Federated learning (FL) is an emerging machine learning method in which all participants can collaboratively train a model without sharing their raw data, thereby breaking down data silos and avoiding privacy issues caused by centralized data storage. In practical applications, client data are non-independent and identically distributed, resulting in FL requiring multiple rounds of communication to converge, which entails high communication costs. Moreover, the centralized architecture of traditional FL remains susceptible to privacy breaches, network congestion, and single-point failures. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes an FL framework based on blockchain technology and a cluster training algorithm, called BCFL. We first improved an FL algorithm based on odd-even round cluster training, which accelerates model convergence by dividing clients into clusters and adopting serialized training within each cluster. Meanwhile, compression operations were applied to model parameters before transmission to reduce communication costs and improve communication efficiency. Then, a decentralized FL architecture was designed and developed based on blockchain and Inter-Planetary File System (IPFS), where the blockchain records the FL process and IPFS optimizes the high storage costs associated with the blockchain. The experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the framework in terms of accuracy and communication efficiency.

【Abstract】Nowadays, electronic medical records are increasing rapidly. Electronic medical records consist of sensitive and confidential information. These pieces of information need to be protected from attackers during the exchange with patients. Securing sensitive and confidential information is one of the major challenges of information sharing techniques. Blockchain technology can protect information from attackers during the exchange of information. There are existed various classical techniques to protect electronic medical records. These techniques can exchange information correctly but cannot resist collective and coherent attacks and have more communication and computation costs. This paper introduced an electronic medical records protection framework to protect electronic medical records across multiple hospitals. The experimental results shows that the proposed technique can resist the intercept, intercept-resend, entangle-measure, man-in-the-middle, collective, and coherent attacks with less communication and computation costs.

【Abstract】In this day and age, blockchain technology has become very popular. More and more transactions have been completed through the blockchain platform. The blockchain trading platform is fast, low-cost and high security. Many companies use blockchain for online transactions. However, with the increase in transaction volume and transaction scale, malicious users (nodes) appear, and malicious nodes participate in the blockchain network to carry out improper transactions, which brings huge losses to the transaction party. This paper proposes a Blockchain transaction model based on a malicious node detection network to ensure the safety of transaction users and enable the blockchain transaction to be traded in a safe environment. Aiming at the problem of malicious nodes deliberately submitting malicious information or obtaining Bitcoin through malicious behaviors on the blockchain, a malicious node detection model (MNDM) based on a hierarchical neural network is proposed. The hierarchical network model can calculate the key attributes according to the behavior of the nodes to detect abnormal nodes and kick them out of the blockchain system. The proposed model can avoid unnecessary losses caused by malicious nodes participating in data transmission and transactions and stop losses in time. The constructed model is called a hierarchical network model because it has two significant levels and realizes the reduction of parameter volume and the calculation of key information on the levels. Comparative tests are given in this paper. The validity of the model is proved by calculating the accuracy, precision, recall rate, and F1 score of the malicious node detection model.

【Abstract】PurposeThis study aims to empirically examine the impact of perceived risks, optimism and financial literacy on trust and the perceived value of cryptocurrencies. It will also examine the impact of trust on the perceived value of cryptocurrencies.Design/methodology/approachA quantitative approach is followed. A questionnaire was designed to collect data from 308 respondents in Jordan. The Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method was used to evaluate the research model and test hypotheses.FindingsThe results of PLS algorithm analysis showed that perceived risks negatively impact the optimism and trust in cryptocurrencies. This study revealed that while financial literacy minimizes the perceived risks, it serves to enhance optimism and improve the perception of the value of cryptocurrencies. Furthermore, the findings of this study show that optimism plays a significant role in trust and perceived value.Originality/valueThis study provides new insights into the literature on cryptocurrencies adoption, blockchain theory, the theory of trust in financial systems, the role of the optimism factor and the perception of the value of cryptocurrencies. It also provides important practical implications for different stakeholders.

【Abstract】Life cycle investment models predict much higher participation and investment in cryptocurrencies than found empirically. We reconcile these differences by introducing information costs for cryptocurrency market participation to a standard consumption-investment life cycle model. Only with increasing per-period cryptocurrency market participation costs, are we able to simulate the observed cryptocurrency market participation patterns. The fact that neither fixed entry nor non-increasing per-period costs are able to replicate the survey findings suggests that other reasons, besides information costs, should be considered to explain lower-than-predicted investing in cryptocurrency.

【Abstract】Purpose. The method of surveying agricultural producers regarding their awareness of blockchain technology and the benefits of its application was also used. The research used: a theoretical approach (based on the analysis of theoretical aspects of blockchain technology and its application in agriculture) and a practical approach (on the basis of the proposed methodology, the economic feasibility of using blockchain technology in the economic activity of an agricultural enterprise was determined). Results. The main areas of influence of blockchain technology in agriculture have been determined. It has been established that every year the amount of funding for the implementation of blockchain technology is increasing, and the reasons are identified. The world experience of implementing blockchain technology in the economic activity of agricultural producers is considered. The results of a survey of agricultural producers of the Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad regions regarding their awareness of blockchain technology and the benefits of its implementation are highlighted. The objective reasons that affect the implementation of blockchain technology in agricultural production are determined and ways of its popularization are proposed. An action algorithm for the introduction of blockchain technology for agricultural producers has been developed. Agricultural producers who are potentially ready and financially able to implement this technology in their activities have been identified. The main factors affecting the cost of implementing blockchain technology in agricultural production have been identified. A methodology for calculating the economic feasibility of implementing blockchain technology according to optimistic and pessimistic options is proposed, and the calculation of the net present value, payback period, discounted payback period of the project, internal rate of return and the rate of return on the example of a specific enterprise of the Mykolaiv region is carried out. Based on theoretical and practical approaches, a system of elements for implementing this technology in agriculture has been developed. Originality / scientific novelty. The novelty consists in the implementation of a comprehensive theoretical study of the problems and prospects of the implementation of blockchain technology in agriculture; for the first time, a system of elements for the implementation of blockchain technology in agriculture was developed; an algorithm of actions for agricultural enterprises that plan to implement this technology was improved; a methodology for calculating the economic feasibility of implementing blockchain technology in an agricultural enterprise was proposed. Practical value / significance. The results can be used in the process of decision-making by business entities regarding the implementation of blockchain technology and the calculation of its economic feasibility, during the optimization of the processes of management of production, financing, supply chains, etc., as well as by scientists, government bodies and other entities that are interested in implementation of blockchain technology in agriculture.

【摘要】银企之间信息不对称、信贷资源配给不均衡、融资体系不够完善等问题导致小微企业融资难。供应链金融在一定程度上缓解了小微企业融资问题,但核心企业权益无法拆分、信用不能转化并顺畅传递等也成为供应链金融破解小微企业融资问题无法逾越的鸿沟。区块链技术的融入为小微企业供应链金融的优化创新提供了新思路。“双链”模式下“四流”数据上链解决信息割裂问题,利用数字凭证可进行债权多级拆分和流转,从而赋予小微企业所需信用,降低融资成本、提高融资效率,进而解决小微企业融资问题。

【摘要】在海量电动汽车接入的配网未来场景下,聚合配网各区域的电动汽车充电负荷数据是制定电动汽车需求响应策略,引导有序充电的重要基础。传统数据聚合手段在未来场景下将面临电网企业负担增大、数据可信赖性不足、车主隐私信息泄露等问题。为此,提出基于双层区块链的电动汽车充电隐私数据可信聚合方法。首先,建立了电动汽车充电数据多层级聚合架构,以区块链为手段实现自治化的充电数据聚合,减轻电网企业收集海量电动汽车充电数据的负担;随后,提出了隐私保护的电动汽车充电数据可信聚合算法,保护电动汽车隐私信息并保障聚合结果的可信赖性;最后,通过理论推导和算例分析,论证了所提方法的防篡改性能和隐私保护性能。

【摘要】新型电力系统是构建新型能源体系和实现“双碳”目标的基础支撑,电力市场、碳市场、绿证市场协同运行是实现新型电力系统市场化运行的必然路径。为此,提出了电-碳-绿证市场协同运行的区块链关键技术体系。首先,提炼了电-碳-绿证市场协同运行的体系架构,从产品、主体、政策3个角度分析了市场间的协同运作情况。其次,构建了基于区块链技术的市场运行体系:建立了一个统一的积分认证机制来衔接电-碳-绿证市场之间的交易标的物;结合区块链技术的智能合约确保交易的透明和可靠性;将共识机制结合积分认证应用于协同市场,确保参与方之间的一致性以及协同性;通过跟踪电力的来源去向,构建了电-碳-绿证溯源模型来确保电力数据的准确性。最后,提出建设电-碳-绿证体系建议,聚焦于政策、技术、试点三方面为新型电力系统市场化运行提供辅助决策。

【摘要】共识机制是区块链系统的核心技术,目前,针对“非币”区块链系统提出了一种新的,基于贡献值与工作量证明的共识机制(PoC+PoW),但存在三个缺点: 即1) 共识效率较低; 2)可靠性和安全性低; 3)算力消耗大。针对这些问题,提出了一种新的基于双链的共识机制(Con_DC_PBFT)。在本文的共识机制中,设计了一种业务链-系统链双链结构,将贡献值等系统数据和主要业务数据分离到双链中各自完成共识处理,双链的共识表现为半独立的形式,业务链共识消息流受系统链监督协调,并且系统链根据贡献值随机指定业务链的记账节点,双链的分工与协同实现了并行化和流水化,改善了共识的效率;另外,贡献值数据不能被轻易获取,通过拜占庭通信机制和节点随机选择算法,使得节点遭受攻击和系统停滞的风险进一步降低;还有,在本文提出的共识方案里,不再需要消耗计算资源进行PoW挖矿。通过在实验中综合分析了出块选择概率、单点故障率、节点数、区块传输速率、CPU使用率对共识机制的性能影响,本文提出的共识机制对比PoC+PoW在内存、存储资源占用节省了50%以上,在综合共识时延上有30%以上的提升。

【摘要】随着中国光伏扶贫工作的逐步推进,光伏消纳能力不足的问题凸显。为解决不同类型农村居民用户屋顶光伏消纳难的问题,提出了一种基于区块链的农村居民屋顶光伏消纳方法。通过能量路由器搭建10 kV配电网的屋顶光伏互联网络,以满足屋顶光伏电量交易的物理条件。通过近邻聚类算法对农村居民用户进行分类,并按照用户类型确定不同的交易策略;在此基础上,采用区块链进行农村居民屋顶光伏交易。在某乡应用该方法,其光伏消纳率达91.6%。验证了文中所提出的方法能够有效提高农村居民光伏消纳率。

【摘要】党的十八大以来,党中央对公权力的监督与制约逐步加强,然而异体监督主客体目标的差异、同体监督下人际信任的冲击、单一监督主体能力相对有限,致使存在低效、形式主义、特权现象等监督难题。区块链可将多维度政务内容上链以供检查,以“技术管人”来辅助“人管人”,从而赋能公权力监督。当前,区块链赋能公权力监督落地还需应对区块链铺设、数据上链和跨链联通三项挑战,应扩大人才储备并加强顶层设计、明确数据上链规范和维护数据安全、精简监督主体与数据并推动跨链互通工作,进而实现区块链在公权力监督层面的强大效能。
