A trust transitivity model of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises under blockchain-based supply chain finance

【Abstract】Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMMEs) have been facing the financing contradiction of "strong demand" and "weak trust" for a long time, and financing constraints are closely related to the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, how to solve the financing problem has become one of the most concerned issues for the development of SMMEs. After years of development, supply chain finance (SCF) has become an important way of financing for SMMEs. Under the traditional supply chain finance system, Tier 1-supplier in the manufacturing industry chain can make use of the high credit of core enterprises for financing, but the high credit of core enterprises cannot be transmitted to Tier 2 to Tier N-suppliers in the long tail market. In recent years, the innovative development of supply chain finance driven by blockchain technology has played a positive role in overcoming the lack of trust and has spawned a multi-level supply chain finance system. In this context, the paper proposes to establish a trust transitivity model based on the electronic payment voucher (EPV) issued by the blockchain, using the intuitionistic fuzzy set theory, and comprehensively consider direct trust and indirect trust. In trust aggregation, the dynamic weight allocation strategy is introduced to play the role of incentive and punishment for SMMEs. This study aims to provide a new idea for the trust evaluation of SMMEs by building a trust transitivity model, so as to give full play to the value-added and transmission effect of the manufacturing industry chain, and relieve the financing difficulties for SMMEs. Finally, the study further verified the rationality of the model through the analysis of numerical examples.

Blockchain technology in the supply chain: An integrated theoretical perspective of organizational adoption

【Abstract】Blockchain technology has been growing in importance and acceptability over the past few years. Yet, there is limited empirical research on the organizational and technology specific factors that play a critical role in driving its adoption in the supply chain. The purpose of this paper is to develop a comprehensive framework for blockchain adoption in the supply chain by identifying the enablers and empirically evaluating their interdependencies and impact on adoption. 20 enablers of blockchain adoption in the supply chain are identified using an extensive literature review and theoretical lenses from the Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory and the business technology adoption model developed by Iacovou, Benbassat and Dexter (1995). In the confirmatory phase, we employ the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method to extract logic from data collected from 37 French experts about the impact of the enablers and their interdependencies. Our paper extends the multi-theoretic empirical studies to blockchain technology and identifies the enablers of blockchain adoption from technological, organizational, supply chain and external environment perspectives. Regarding the importance of the categories of enablers, we find that the relative advantage of the technology and the external pressure are the most prominent categories of enablers that impact blockchain adoption in the supply chain. Our analysis also shows the important causal role on adoption of the potential of blockchain to reduce transaction cost, the consumer interest in traceability data and the establishment of a regulatory framework for blockchain usage.

Blockchain-Integrated Multiagent Deep Reinforcement Learning for Securing Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control

【Abstract】Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs) are an emerging solution to the issues of safe and sustainable transportation systems in the future. One major transport technology for CAVs is Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control (CACC), for which unsignalized autonomous intersection crossing is a growing use case. CACC relies heavily on inter-vehicular communication and is thus vulnerable to message forgery and jamming attacks. Most solutions for CACC focus exclusively on enhancing efficiency or security but do not offer an integrated framework for achieving both on a large scale. In this paper, we propose a Block-chainintegrated Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning (BlockMADRL) architecture for enhancing the efficiency of CACC while cooperatively detecting attacks, reducing the fuel efficiency of identified attackers and securely notifying the overall network. Our approach uses multi-agent deep reinforcement learning to find fuel and throughput optimizing solutions for CACC and a cooperative verification mechanism based on Extended Isolation Forest (EIF) for attack detection. Attacker data is securely stored in a Road Side Unit (RSU) level blockchain, and we design a low-latency, high throughput consensus protocol for speedy and secure data dissemination. Simulation results indicate over 29.5% better lane throughput with our approach during acceleration forgery attack, up to 23% induced reduction in fuel efficiency of malicious vehicles, 17.6% higher blockchain throughput through our consensus protocol and over 8% improvement in attack detection rate compared to the state-of-the-art.

Privacy-Preserved Federated Learning for Autonomous Driving

【Abstract】In recent years, the privacy issue in Vehicular Edge Computing (VEC) has gained a lot of concern. The privacy problem is even more severe in autonomous driving business than the other businesses in VEC such as ordinary navigation. Federated learning (FL), which is a privacy-preserved strategy proposed by Google, has become a hot trend to solve the privacy problem in many fields including VEC. Therefore, we introduce FL into autonomous driving to preserve vehicular privacy by keeping original data in a local vehicle and sharing the training model parameter only with the help of MEC server. Moreover, different from the common assumption of honest MEC server and honest vehicle in former studies, we take the malicious MEC servers and malicious vehicles into account. First, we consider honest-hut-curious MEC server and malicious vehicles and propose a traceable identity-based privacy preserving scheme to protect the vehicular message privacy where improved Dijk-Gentry-Halevi-Vaikutanathan (DGHV) algorithm is proposed and a blockchain-based Reputation-based Incentive Autonomous Driving Mechanism (RIADM) is adopted. Further, when the case comes to the non-credibility of both parties where semi-honest. MEC server and malicious vehicles are considered, we propose an anonymous identity-based privacy preserving scheme to protect the identity privacy of vehicles with Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP). Based on the simulation of virtual autonomous driving based on real-world road images, it is verified that our proposes scheme can reduce 73.7 % training loss of autonomous driving, increase the accuracy to around 5.55 % while keeps effective privacy of message and identity under the threat of dishonest MEC server and vehicles.

Decentralized Quality of Service Based System for Energy Trading Among Electric Vehicles

【Abstract】This paper incorporates a new perspective into P2P energy trading coordination schemes for EVs by considering Quality of Service (QoS) management. QoS could be utilized as a control metric to facilitate resilient and reliable transactions according to user preferences. To that end, this paper proposes a novel decentralized QoS-based system for P2P energy trading among EV energy providers and consumers. The system utilizes smart contracts to carry out the matching between EVs and monitor the delivery of a QoS-based P2P contract without the presence of a third party. Two QoS-based mechanisms are proposed to match trading EVs in this system. The proposed mechanisms are designed to match single-consumer to multiple-providers and multiple-consumers to multiple-providers based on consumers' and providers' QoS requirements and offers, respectively. A fuzzy-based approach with minimum and intelligible input is introduced to determine the weight values of each QoS attribute. Further, a penalty mechanism is developed to discourage dishonest requests/offers and ensure that trading parties stick to their contractual obligations. Numerical simulations are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed QoS-based mechanisms.

Blockchain-Guided Dynamic Best-Relay Selection for Trustworthy Vehicular Communication

【Abstract】Considering the highly dynamic nature of the vehicular environment and the delay-sensitive wireless medium, enabling secure and reliable vehicle-to-vehicle communication becomes a very challenging task. In this paper, we propose a novel system design that uses blockchain technology to establish a high-level trust-management successful trustworthy cooperative vehicular wireless communication. The proposed system is a cross-layer approach that optimizes the best-relay selection process allowing only trustworthy relays to participate in data transmission. In this work, blockchain stores real-time information about relaying, transmitting, and receiving vehicles. The information includes channel characteristics and participation quality. The information is vetted and verified by mining vehicles. The result guides the relay selection process to block untrustworthy vehicles from participation. The entire system is comprehensively modeled and mathematically analyzed. Simulations using throughput and Bit Error Rate (BER) as evaluation metrics demonstrated the effectiveness and efficacy of the presented approach in enabling reliable wireless communication in presence of maliciously behaving vehicles. On average, the overall system throughput rate increased by 3bps, the BER was reduced by almost by 2dBs, and the percentage of false messages decreased by 90% considering high Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR).

A Loyalty System Incorporated with Blockchain and Call Auction

【Abstract】A loyalty program is a type of incentive to reward customers' perceived value and enhance their purchasing behavior. The key to the success of a loyalty program is to allow customers to more actively participate in the program. One possible solution is to allow customers to sell out idle loyalty points and buy in the points that they need. On the basis of a call auction, this study designs a peer-to-peer exchange mechanism for customers to realize the above trade. In addition, a blockchain-based system is developed to support the issuance, redemption, and exchange of loyalty points. In this study, Hyperledger Fabric is adopted as the underlying blockchain technology because it has some features that are beneficial to a cross-organizational coalition loyalty program. This study also proposes a feasible multi-host deployment scheme for the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain network that is suitable for our application scenario. Finally, some implementation results are given to demonstrate the system process from the perspective of the application layer. The mechanism proposed in this study is helpful to improve the likelihood of successfully exchanging points, thus accelerating the circulation and use of loyalty points.

An early stage convolutional feature extracting method using for mining traffic detection

【Abstract】Cryptocurrency is becoming more and more popular due to its superiority to traditional currencies, resulting in the boom of mining. Mining cryptocurrencies requires tremendous computing resources, and extensive high-performance computers are used for mining nowadays. A significant consequent problem is the huge amount of energy consuming for mining. Thus, managing mining behaviors become an urgent issue. There are two main ways to detecting mining behavior. One is to deploy a detecting program on the target host, and use features of system calls to detect the mining behaviors. The other is to deploy detection models on network, and identify mining behaviors via network traffic. Comparing with the former method, detecting mining behavior by traffic is ''non-contact'', and can monitor a whole network instead of a single host. We propose in this paper a convolutional function based method to extract the features from the first few packets of flows to identify mining traffic. We first extract the size of each packet of a flow, and then design a convolution function with a sliding window to extract meaningful features from the packet size sequence. This method maps the flows to a feature space in which the mining flows can be distinguished from the normal flows easily. We collect a set of mining traffic traces including 8 types of cryptocurrency mining behaviors in a real network, and launch a set of empirical studies using this data set. We also develop an online mining traffic identification platform to validate the performance of our proposal. Both the offline experimental results and the online validation results suggests that our proposal can achieve high performance satisfying the real mining traffic detecting requirements.

【Abstract】The integration of agricultural Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain has become the key technology of precision agriculture. How to protect data privacy and security from data source is one of the difficult issues in agricultural IoT research. This work integrates cryptography, blockchain and Interplanetary File System(IPFS) technologies, and proposes a general IoT blockchain terminal system architecture, which strongly supports the integration of the IoT and blockchain technology. This research innovatively designed a fine-grained and flexible terminal data access control scheme based on the ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE) algorithm. Based on CP-ABE and DES algorithms, a hybrid data encryption scheme is designed to realize 1-to-N encrypted data sharing. A "horizontal + vertical" IoT data segmentation scheme under blockchain technology is proposed to realize the classified release of different types of data on the blockchain. The experimental results show that the design scheme can ensure data access control security, privacy data confidentiality, and data high-availability security. This solution significantly reduces the complexity of key management, can realize efficient sharing of encrypted data, flexibly set access control strategies, and has the ability to store large data files in the agricultural IoT.

【Abstract】In modern scenarios, Industry 4.0 entails invention with various advanced technology, and blockchain is one among them. Blockchains are incorporated to enhance privacy, data transparency as well as security for both large and small scale enterprises. Industry 4.0 is considered as a new synthesis fabrication technique that permits the manufacturers to attain their target effectively. However, because numerous devices and machines are involved, data security and privacy are always concerns. To achieve intelligence in Industry 4.0, blockchain technologies can overcome potential cybersecurity constraints. Nowadays, the blockchain and internet of things (IoT) are gaining more attention because of their favorable outcome in several applications. Though they generate massive data that need to be effectively optimized and in this research work, deep learning-based techniques are employed for this. This paper proposes a novel mutated leader sine cosine algorithm-based deep convolutional neural network (MLSC-DCNN) in order to attain a secure and optimized IoT blockchain for Industry 4.0. Here, an MLSC is hybridized using a mutated leader and sine cosine algorithm to enhance the weight function and minimize the loss factor of DCNN. Finally, the experimentation is carried out for various simulation measures. The comparative analysis is made for Best Tip Selection Method (BTSM), Smart Block- Software Defined Networking (SDN), and the proposed approach. The evaluation results show that the proposed approach attains better performances than BTSM and SDN.

Alliance chain-based simulation on a new clinical research data pricing model

【Abstract】Background: Multicenter clinical research faces many challenges, including how to quantitatively evaluate the data contribution of each research center. However, few data pricing model meets the requirements to the scenario. Thus, a suitable mechanism to measure the data value for clinical research is required. Methods: Extensive documents were acquired and analyzed, including a rare disease list from the National Health Commission, data structures of the electronic medical records (EMR) system, diagnosis-related groups (DRGs) regulations from the Health Commission of Zhejiang Province, and the Clinical Service Price List of Zhejiang Province. Nine senior experts were invited as consultants from hospital and enterprises with professional field of clinical research, data governance, and health economics. After brainstorming and expert evaluation, seven data attributes were identified as the main factors affecting the value of medical data. Different weights were assigned for each attribute based on its influence on data value. Each attribute was quantized to an index based on proposed algorithms. The data value models for chronic diseases and other diseases were distinguished given the different sensitivity of data timeliness. A simulation system using blockchain and federated learning techniques was constructed to verify the data pricing model in the scenario of clinical research. Results: A comprehensive clinical data pricing model is proposed and the simulation of three research centers with 50 million real clinical data entries was conducted to verify its effectiveness. It demonstrates that the proposed model can compute medical data value quantitatively. Conclusions: Quantitative evaluation of the value of medical data for multicenter clinical research based on the proposed data pricing model works well in simulation. This model will be improved by real-world applications in the near future.

【Abstract】The advent of blockchain technology allows the raise of new business models for the electricity market, opening the way also to end-users and letting them offer regulation services to the power grid. Thanks to the characteristic of being distributed, the blockchain technology could be a solution to balancing problems caused by the penetration of renewable sources, implementing a platform for Demand-Response programs delivery. Demand-Response allows consumers to respond to market signals by increasing or reducing their energy consumption, contributing to greater flexibility and stability of the grid and to a more efficient use of infrastructures and energy resources. Currently, Demand-Response is carried out by controlling aggregates of loads, storage or generating units managed by centralized Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems such as SCADA. Regulatory changes and the increasing penetration of renewable sources distributed over the territory are turning the whole electricity system into a smart-grid. More recently and with reference to the end-users participation in regulation services, smartness is achieved through the so-called Internet of Things, which can be considered the modern equivalent of SCADA, but with the possibility of to being applied to distributed and diversified assets. For this reason, great efforts have been made to study the interoperability and coexistence between Internet of Things and blockchain, two emerging paradigms that are gaining popularity in the energy world. Limited or no contribution can instead be found in the literature on the integration of SCADA systems and blockchain. Indeed, in order to ensure an easier and faster widespread application of blockchain in the context of power systems, it is interesting to study its possible coexistence with legacy and more established industrial technologies such as OpenADR or SCADA. In Europe, the prevailing technology is the latter one. For this reason, in this paper, the coexistence of blockchain technology with SCADA systems is discussed. In particular, both Hyperledger Fabric blockchain and SCADA systems are considered together to assess the feasibility of aggregation of energy resources for Demand-Response, as well as the relevant measured data. The analysis is carried out by first presenting the two different paradigms: the centralized data acquisition in trusted environments and analysis via OpenADR and SCADA, and the global, distributed and secured ones with the blockchain. Then an architecture for the integration of SCADA and blockchain technology is proposed and the related challenges within the frame of a project for innovative technologies DR programs implementation are outlined.

Blockchain Information Sharing Mechanism Based on Embedded System in Project Management System

【Abstract】As a new force for online reconstruction, blockchain will bring major changes to resource-sharing activities and information service organizations. The research introduces blockchain and related technologies, provides two basic ways of sharing data sources, and conducts two extensive information source sharing based on blockchain. The article analyzes the various challenges that need to be overcome to implement a blockchain-based information sharing system and suggests that project information service organizations should actively deal with the challenges brought about by blockchain. Experimental research is being conducted on a blockchain-based control system, and a blockchain-based blockchain management system is being developed. On the basis of system analysis and design, the most important functional components of the software system are developed. They include functions such as recording customers, logging in, storing information, printing device information, invoking server-side smart contracts, and conducting audit management. It uses decentralized payments and statistical aggregation of data. The experimental results show that the efficiency of using the blockchain information sharing mechanism in the management system is 35% higher than that of the traditional method, which can more effectively deal with the problem of information delay during the project management process.

Trusted Data Analysis and Consensus Mechanism of Product Traceability Based on Blockchain

【Abstract】As a decentralized, distributed system between functional and benefit management functions, blockchain is effective for financial transaction data security, data tracking and antitampering, product tracking, and access control. In this context, we have conducted experimental research on the blockchain product traceability trusted data analysis consensus mechanism and reached the following conclusions. (1) There are decentralization, irreversible tampering, traceability, and openness through the blockchain's own information and other functions so that a series of processes from raw material production, transportation, and logistics sales are well documented. (2) Under the same network environment, if the number of matches in the system increases, the average matching time consumed by the original engine is greater than the average matching time on the optimized engine. For example, taking 10% of Byzantine nodes in the system, the number of consensus increases, the average ITPBFT consensus time is about 5.74 s, and the average consensus time of the PBFT consensus mechanism is about 6.13 s. As a decentralized distributed data management system through nodes, blockchain is widely used in financial transactions, copyright protection, and product areas such as tracking and access control. In this regard, we conducted an experimental study of the consensus mechanism to analyze reliable data on the traceability of blockchain products and came to the conclusion of the experiment.

Grouping-Based Reliable Privacy Preservation for Blockchain-Assisted Data Aggregation in Mobile Crowdsensing

【Abstract】Privacy-preserving data aggregation is an important technology for mobile crowdsensing. Blockchain-assisted data aggregation enables the traceability of sensing data to improve the trustworthiness of data aggregation results. However, directly using blockchains for data aggregation may introduce the risk of privacy leakage because all nodes, including malicious nodes, can access the data on blockchains. In this paper, we propose a grouping-based reliable privacy-preserving data aggregation (RPPDA) method using private blockchains for mobile crowdsensing. First, the sensing nodes are divided into multiple groups, and each group maintains a private blockchain to store the data aggregation records, which avoids the leakage of the aggregated results and ensures the traceability of the sensory data. Then, a zero-sum noise-adding mechanism is utilized to not only preserve the private information during aggregation and ensure the correctness of the aggregated results but also improve the efficiency of privacy preservation. Furthermore, we theoretically prove the correctness, privacy, efficiency, and reliability of the proposed RPPDA algorithm. Real-world and simulated experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed RPPDA algorithm in terms of correctness, efficiency, and privacy.

Certificateless Authentication Scheme Based on Blockchain in Smart Home Network

【Abstract】The traditional centralized intelligent home network security authentication schemes have security problems such as integrity and confidentiality, while the distributed schemes have the problem of delayed authentication. These schemes are not suitable for the intelligent home environment of edge computing. To solve these problems, a certificateless smart home network authentication scheme based on blockchain and certificateless cryptosystem is proposed to realize mutual authentication among users, intelligent terminals (ITs), and intelligent gateways (IGs). The aggregation signature scheme of certificateless identity is introduced into the authentication of intelligent terminals in smart home network. The IG only needs to generate a signature to complete the identity authentication of multiple ITs. Compared with other authentication schemes, the security verification and performance analysis show that the proposed scheme uses less computation overhead and achieves more security features.

Performance and Scalability Evaluation of a Permissioned Blockchain Based on the Hyperledger Fabric, Sawtooth and Iroha

【Abstract】This paper shows the performance and scalability evaluation of different blockchain platform implementations. Hyperledger Iroha implementing YAC consensus, Sawtooth implementing PoET algorithm, and Hyperledger Fabric framework implementation. Performance evaluation and scalability assessment were done by varying different sets of parameters such as block size, transaction sending rate, network traffic distribution, and network size. Performance evaluation was done based on average transaction latency, network throughput, and transaction failure rate. Scalability was assessed based on changes in transaction latency and throughput with increasing network size. Test results let to study the impact of a particular parameter on the private blockchain network performance and show how they can be adjusted to improve performance.

A novel Security Mechanism for Software Defined Network Based on Blockchain

【Abstract】The decoupling of the data plane and the control plane in the Software-Defined Network (SDN) can increase the flexibility of network management and operation. And it can reduce the network limitations caused by the hardware. However, the centralized scheme in SDN also can introduce some other security issues such as the single point of failure, the data consistency in multiple-controller environment and the spoofing attack initiated by a malicious device in the data plane. To solve these problems, a security framework for SDN based on Blockchain (BCSDN) is proposed in this paper. BCSDN adopts a physically distributed and logically centralized multi-controller architecture. LLDP protocol is periodically used to obtain the link state information of the network, and a Merkle tree is establised according to the collected link information and the signature is generate based on KSI for each link that submitted by a switch by the main controller selected by using the PoW mechanism. Such, the dynamic change of network topology is recorded on Blockchian and the consistency of the topology information among multiple controllers can be guaranteed. The main controller issues the signature to the corresponding switch and a controller checks the legitimate of a switch by verifying the signature when it requests the flow rule table from the controller later. The signature verification ensures the authenticated communication between a controller and a switch. Finally, the simulation of the new scheme is implemented in Mininet platform that is a network emulation platform and experiments are done to verify our novel solution in our simulation tool. And we also informally analysis the security attributes that provided by our BCSDN.

【摘要】在深度数字化的元宇宙时代,去中心化的数字身份系统导致公民的身份认同困境。只有承认公民身份的数字化重塑,建立数字公民与数字平台、数字政府之间的连接关系,才能构造一个民主有序的数字秩序共同体。在实践逻辑上,数字技术赋能公民身份数字化转型,国家和平台的数字权力压制助推数字公民身份出场。在理论基础上,自由主义强调公民权利的自主性与自发性,为了促进人的数字化自由发展,需要实现“数据人”向“数字公民”的自由化转轨;共和主义的核心在于培养公民美德与塑造公共生活,多元开放的数字空间在公民权利与数字权力之间架构起商谈沟通桥梁,促进形成数字公共领域。未来的数据治理应该遵循数字人权保障的价值目标,加强数字公民身份的权利保护。

【摘要】从科幻到实践,元宇宙在发展中持续呈现出以沉浸性为特征的丰富表象,也带来对元宇宙理解的混乱和对人类未来的焦虑。本文尝试透过当下元宇宙实践之表象,寻找元宇宙之“实在”,即其本质真相,进而建构一个“原型”(prototype),并解读理想的元宇宙是什么,以此观照当下元宇宙及人类未来的生存发展。去中心化、开放、包容逻辑的元宇宙在技术架构、生态应用、内在机理和历史趋向上,呈现了沉浸传播理论范式的核心逻辑,元宇宙的本质是“沉浸”的。以人为中心、无处不在、无时不在、无所不能的第三媒介时代沉浸传播理论范式下的元宇宙,代表一种对加速社会“异化”深度革新的可能性,重新调整社会加速的时空逻辑与“人-社会”关系,进而带来全球数字时空新面貌、互动新边界与全球治理新格局。然而,现阶段的元宇宙实践也呈现出“失范”趋势,突出体现在中心化与去中心化、虚拟与真实的融合与匹配、人的主体地位存疑等矛盾,实践中的元宇宙与终极的沉浸传播之间还存在显著差距。

基于BiLSTM和注意力机制的智能合约漏洞检测方案

【摘要】针对传统智能合约漏洞检测方案的检测准确率低以及采用深度学习的方案检测漏洞类型单一等问题,文章提出基于双向长短期记忆(Bi-Directional Long Short-Term Memory,BiLSTM)网络和注意力机制的智能合约漏洞检测方案。首先,利用Word2vec词嵌入技术对数据进行训练,通过训练获得操作码词向量表示;然后,通过将词向量传入BiLSTM来提取序列特征,并利用注意力机制为不同的特征赋予不同的权重以突出关键特征;最后,通过激活函数进行归一化处理,实现智能合约漏洞的检测与识别。文章在以太坊上收集了3000个智能合约,并利用这些合约对模型进行实验和评估。实验结果表明,与深度学习模型和传统工具相比,文章所提方案的精确率、召回率和F1分数均有一定提升,能够准确识别出4种类型的智能合约漏洞,准确率达86.34%。

区块链存证的电子数据之证据“三性”判断

【摘要】电子数据的易损毁性导致其能否成为定案证据存在争议。而区块链存证技术的出现,使得无论是区块链原生证据,还是区块链储存证据的真实性在上链后均得到了空前提升。但是,区块链这一新技术的出现使得区块链存证的电子数据在证据三性的审查判断上出现了新的挑战。根据区块链技术介入的时间及方式不同,针对于生成型区块链证据与衍生的存储型区块链证据,在审查其形式、实质真实性,形式、内容关联性,以及特殊合法性时,需要考虑到技术与法律的双重影响,同时还需要兼顾传统的证据三性理论。

【摘要】举办档案展览活动是档案部门进行社会文化传播、增强受众档案观念的一个主要宣传途径,档案展览的形式也在较大程度上直接决定了其传播效果。元宇宙的发展给档案展览形式提供了新的可能性,因此本文基于元宇宙技术,探索沉浸式档案展览的实施策略,利用虚拟现实、人工智能等技术,对大量档案资源的元数据进行著录、抽取、建模,将沉浸的虚拟场景和现实档案资源进行融合,实现多元叙事、场景融合、复原历史、情感共鸣,使受众能够真切感受档案展览所要叙述的故事、展现的场景、呈现的记忆,从而提高档案展览的体验式传播效果。

【摘要】近年来,随着平台经济快速发展,平台独大格局初步成型,实体商户在借助平台加速发展的同时,商业中心化特征日趋明显,中小微实体商户正面临发展的结构性问题。本文分析了我国实体商户在平台经济下市场营销的现状与问题,提出构建基于区块链技术的实体商户分散式自主营销网络模型,为中小微企业自主营销、创新发展提供新思路。本文主要利用区块链技术特性,解决实体商户在高费率下的过度营销、只见竞争不见合作的零和博弈、规模经济下的浅层营销等平台市场营销问题,其网络模型特点包括:在分散实体商户间建立点对点自主营销网络,缓解营销内卷;利用共识协议,整合多平台竞合生态,避免平台强制“二选一”现象;利用交易协议,建立产品(服务)价值传递模型,实现价值流量运营;利用分布式账本,建立分布式清算机制,实现营销合作的多方权益分配等。

【摘要】历史总是沉淀于特定的概念,并由概念构成历史本身。“元宇宙”作为当前技术发展的前沿概念势必也将如同以往的技术变革那样,深刻改变当下乃至未来人类社会历史的展开。元宇宙依赖于庞大的技术聚合,借助物质世界与虚拟世界的有机融合,从而进一步打破人类实践的时空界限。它既是对于现存宇宙的兼容,更是通过真实的感官实践,实现从有限宇宙到无限宇宙的跃升。这不仅需要在哲学上重新审视元宇宙在本体论、存在论以及价值论上带来的变革,更是需要我们在有关技术、有关人本身以及更为重要的有关作为社会性存在的我们如何更好地共同生活的政治问题上重新反思元宇宙。

【摘要】元宇宙用数字技术将物理世界与虚拟世界联系起来,具有娱乐性与创造性统一的特点。蕴涵精神消费性质的文化产业与元宇宙具有很大的融合发展空间。元宇宙通过与文化产业的深度融合,影响了文化产业的生产模式、消费方式和表现形式,并产生了品牌和文化融合等新现象。从现实看,元宇宙的软硬件生态建设日益完善,为元宇宙与文化产业融合发展提供了基础,元宇宙在沉浸式体验、文化产品生产等方面与文化产业的融合,也产生了炒作、欺诈、隐私、数据安全、融合路径等多方面的问题。支持元宇宙与文化产业融合发展,需要从加强科技投入、加快新基础设施建设、建立与元宇宙有关的标准体系和健全监管制度等方面着手。

【摘要】“元宇宙”时代的加速到来,各国公共管理者在热议“数字政府”之际,开始前瞻性地讨论更适应“虚实交互”空间的“智慧政府”建设。对于处在多重叠加风险和战略机遇下的我国政府而言,更是要未雨绸缪、及时调整角色定位、提前布局行动策略,才能驾驭元宇宙时代的线上线下时空交错虚实结合的复杂世界。基于组织环境自适应模型,一方面,政府的组织角色要积极转变,胜任国家治理中的“超级规划师、总体决策师、数密建筑师、网联工程师、人机园艺师”五大新角色;另一方面,政府的组织行为要积极转变,胜任国家治理中的“首席数据员、顶级程序员、制度裁判员、治理服务员、风控警戒员”五大新角色。
