【Abstract】With the development of the industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), intelligent healthcare aims to build a platform to monitor users' health-related information based on wearable devices remotely. The evolution of blockchain and artificial intelligence technology also promotes the progress of secure intelligent healthcare. However, since the data are stored in the cloud server, it still faces the risk of being attacked and privacy leakage. Note that little attention has been paid to the security issue of privacy information mixed in raw data collected from large number of distributed and heterogeneous wearable healthcare devices. To solve this problem, in this article, we design a deep learning-based privacy preservation and data analytics system for IoT enabled healthcare. At the user end, we collect raw data and separate the users' privacy information in the privacy-isolation zone. At the cloud end, we analyze the health-related data without users' privacy information and construct a delicate security module based on the convolutional neural network. We also deploy and evaluate the prototype system, where extensive experiments prove its effectiveness and robustness.

【Abstract】With the global rollout of fifth-generation communication networks, the development on sixth-generation (6G) communication network has begun. The 6G technology is an emerging technology that will meet the ever-increasing demands of evolving industrial services and applications. This technology consists of varied number of heterogeneous resources and communication protocols to guarantee the seamless access to the services. Because of its heterogeneous nature and authorization delegation, security is a major concern in 6G communication environment. The emerging blockchain technology can able to solve the aforementioned privacy and security challenges. The blockchain technique also offers enhanced services like openness, decentralization, immutability, trust free, and so on. Motivated by the aforementioned facts, this article proposes a novel idea of integration of privacy preserving blockchain framework with 6G communication network. We also propose an integrated system for blockchain radio access network as a reliable and stable model for 6G networking based on blockchain technology with improved efficiency and protection. Furthermore, the critical components of blockchain such as smart contract, consensus protocol, mathematical model, secure data sharing, and auditing are clearly defined and experimental results are analyzed.

【Abstract】Emerging multitenant cloud computing ecosystems allow multiple applications to share virtualized pool of computing and networking resources. As a result, such ecosystems are becoming increasingly prone to data privacy concerns (personal data leakages and unauthorized access). While cloud computing providers support robust security and privacy mechanisms (e.g., public key cryptography, firewalls, and virtual private networks, among many others), they lack mechanisms and frameworks to monitor, audit, and verify these data privacy concerns. The emergence of data protection regulations around the world, such as General Data Protection Regulation in Europe and the Data Protection Act in the U.K., further emphasizes the need to overcome these privacy limitations. In this article, a novel technique for monitoring, auditing, and verifying the operations carried out on a user's personal data in cloud computing ecosystems is proposed. Our research methodology leverages distributed ledger technologies (e.g., blockchain and smart contracts) for developing an immutable recording technique, which transparently logs, monitors, and verifies the operations carried out on user data. Using a healthcare pharmacy scenario and extensive real-world experiments, we validate the feasibility of the proposed technique. The proposed work handles a large pool of requests (>13K) ensuring minimal latency (approximate to 50-60 ms) and overheads for three different service packages varied with respect to the number of actors and operations.

【Abstract】Due to energy efficiency and near real-time finality settlement, permissioned blockchain is mainly used in blockchain-based Internet of Things (BIoT) services. This blockchain requires validators to reach the consensuses. Currently, the validators are chosen based on generic attributes of trusted nodes capriciously. However, service users have no mechanism to provide their requirements in assessing validators. Existing works are biased from users' perspectives, which risks collusion attacks due to improperly selected validators. This article aims to solve this by considering users' expectations on services. A user-oriented framework is proposed to evaluate the trust of BIoT services with the consideration of validator attributes. It provides an effective mechanism to express requirements. Specification language is adopted in our algorithm to perform compliance checking. The feasibility has been verified in a simulation. We found that the permissioned blockchain has also benefited from the proposed user-oriented selection of validators in terms of computing efficiency due to additional constraints.

【Abstract】Advanced Industrial Internet-of-Things (IIoT), such as smart grids, 5G-enabled unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), and supply chain 4.o, can be used to facilitate smart management. Nevertheless, IIoT systems generate huge amounts of data that need to be outsourced to the cloud for storing and providing real-time search facilities to end-users. Outsourcing IIoT data to a third-party cloud service provider (CSP) introduces several data privacy and integrity issues related to verifying the reliability of users' queries and aggregated outcomes. In this article, we propose a blockchain-based framework for provisioning a privacy-preserving and verifiable query facility to end-users in IIoT systems. The framework uses blockchain to store IoT data as on-chain data and the cloud to store extensive data (e.g., image) as off-chain data and provisioning search services to users by executing a query in both on-chain and off-chain data and generating an aggregated result. Besides, it introduces a new privacy-preserving query mechanism for ensuring sensitive data privacy during query execution. A data owner encrypts both on-chain and off-chain data in the privacy-preserving query mechanism before sending it to the blockchain and cloud. A CSP can perform search operations on the encrypted on-chain and off-chain data to ensure sensitive data privacy. A multisignature-powered query verification model is also built for the blockchain. The query verification model allows each blockchain node to endorse the query result individually and a user to verify the endorsement of the query result before use. The experiments revealed the high efficiency and scalability of the proposed framework.

【Abstract】Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are widely used in the field of monitoring. For data collection of sensor nodes in large-scale monitoring scenarios, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-assisted WSNs have emerged. For the security and validity of data collection, a blockchain-enhanced data collection framework for UAV-assisted WSNs is presented in this article. To reduce data redundancy in WSNs, a sparsity-optimized and compressed sensing-based spatiotemporal data aggregation model is built. A UAV identity authentication mechanism based on a Merkle tree is also designed to ensure the security of data transmission. By combining blockchain building and data aggregation, a disaster semantic blockchain (DSB) based on a data reconstruction-directed consensus mechanism is presented. Disaster semantics are extracted by analyzing the semantic association relationship of disaster, background, event, and sensor data. The experimental results show that the blockchain-enhanced spatiotemporal data aggregation effectively increases the network life cycle and data reconstruction accuracy. The disaster situation can be described accurately through the DSB.

【Abstract】The development of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) provides massive abundant data resources for trading and mining. However, the existing data trading schemes achieve data usage control at the cost of high latency, thereby resulting in poor service quality as the values of IIoT data degrade over time. This article proposes a monitor-based usage control model to enforce data usage policies on the user side, which eliminates frequent interactions between owners and users. Based on that, a data trading scheme with efficient usage control for IIoT (called DTSI) is devised, which utilizes blockchain smart contract and software guard extensions (SGX) to enable owners to fully control users' identities and operations at minimal overhead. Security analysis shows that DTSI effectively prevents data abuse and ensures the fair exchange of data. Meanwhile, extensive experiments are conducted on the DTSI prototype comparing with the state-of-the-art schemes with real-world IIoT datasets, which demonstrates the efficiency of DTSI.

【Abstract】Rapid advancements of sixth-generation (6G) network and Internet of Everything (IoE) supports numerous emerging services and application. Increasing mobile internet traffic and services, on the other hand, presented a number of challenges that could not be addressed with the current network design. The cybertwin is equipped with a variety of capabilities, including communication assistants, network data loggers, and digital asset owners, to address these difficulties. While spectrum resources are limited, effective resource management and sharing are essential in achieving these requirements. With this motivation, this article presents a new metaheuristic with blockchain based resource allocation technique (MWBA-RAT) for cybertwin driven 6G on IoE environment. The incorporation of the blockchain in 6G enables the network to monitor, manage, and share resources effectively. The proposed MWBA-RAT technique designs a new quasi-oppositional search and rescue optimization (QO-SRO) algorithm for the optimal resource allocation process and this shows the novelty of the work. The QO-SRO algorithm involves the integration of the quasi oppositional based learning concept with the traditional SRO algorithm to improve its convergence rate. A wide range of experiments are performed to highlight the enhanced outcomes of the MWBA-RAT technique.

【Abstract】The Supply Chain Scheduling (SCS) decision making is a challenging task under the blockchain environment because the supply chain is composed of multi-players in all layers. To utilise the information sharing by multiplayers with equal rights in all layers to maximise the supply chain's utility for reducing the carbon emission, this study proposed a three-echelon supply chain integrated scheduling model that considers the production capacity and multi-product with different delivery time factors. The objective is to minimise the total cost incurred in production and transportation under the blockchain environment. To cope with the complexity arising from multiplayers with equal rights in all layers, a metaheuristic based sequential brain storm optimisation (SBSO) algorithm with a novel encoding scheme and the hybrid crossover and mutation strategy is proposed to enhance the performance. A case study comparing the proposed decision-making framework with the artificial bee colony algorithm (ABC) and the backtracking search algorithm (BSA) is conducted, and results show the superiority of the proposed framework. With the help of the proposed SCS decision-making framework, not only can the SCS decision be made, but also the low efficient nodes within the supply chain under the blockchain environment can be identified for potential sustainable upgrading.

【Abstract】Several economic and financial crises, as well as the recent health crisis, have driven major shock spillover channels over stock markets. While various empirical studies have explored risk transmission among financial markets, this study examined the shock spillover network across green markets, including the energy, solar, wind, water, and environment markets, as well as Bitcoins, uncertainty, and the US stock market. Indeed, this paper is the first study to ascertain whether green commodities, Bitcoins, and uncertainty are connected to the US stock market. Using the quantile vector autoregressive (VAR) connectedness framework, the key findings are as follows: (i) A static spillover network showed there was high spillover transfer between markets at extreme market states. (ii) Global green economy and global clean energy markets act as the highest contributors of information spillover under bearish market scenarios. (iii) With regard to dynamic connectedness, this work highlights the asymmetric spillover effect of green commodities, Bitcoins, and uncertainty on the US stock market. (iv) Bitcoin (BTC), uncertainty, and global carbon indexes were found to be net receipts of shock spillovers, while most green commodities acted as net contributors. (v) Significant implications for environmental and financial investors as well as policymakers are provided.

【Abstract】The blockchain and smart contract technologies have increasingly been introduced in several industrial markets. The blockchain can also effectively and potentially be used as a disruptive method to significantly improve the drug life cycle management. The cycle includes drug discovery, development, manufacturing, distribution, use, and finally disposal. In this short communication, we highlighted the general pros and cons of the blockchain technologies as well as the specific areas that can benefit from a digital ledger technology equipped with smart contracts. Although disruptive blockchain technology cannot be adopted, implemented, and solve the existing issues overnight, we believe that pharmaceutical and biotech scientists, research institutions, pharmaceutical manufacturers, government authorities, and public health systems will be the major beneficiary of its adoption in the long run.

【Abstract】The reasons why supply chain management (SCM) needs blockchain technology include simplification of transaction procedures, time and cost reductions, and reliability improvement. This study emphasizes the necessity of introducing a blockchain-based joint logistics system to strengthen the competency of medical SCM and proposes a healthcare supply chain management (HSCM) competency measurement item through an analytic hierarchy process. The variables needed for using blockchain-based joint logistics are the performance expectations, effort expectations, promotion conditions, and social impact of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model, as well as the HSCM competency results in increased reliability and transparency, enhanced SCM, and enhanced scalability. By analyzing the importance of securing reliability based on blockchain technology in the establishment of a supply chain network for HSCM competency, we reveal that joint logistics can be achieved, and synergistic effects can be created by implementing the integrated database to secure HSCM competency. Strengthening partnerships, such as joint logistics, will eventually lead to HSCM competency. In particular, HSCM should seek ways to upgrade its competitive capabilities through big data analysis based on the establishment of a joint logistics system.

【Abstract】Brazil was one of the largest cocoa producers in the world, mainly supported by the South of Bahia region. After the 1980s, the witch-broom disease demolished plantations, and farmers were forced into bankruptcy. The worldwide search for gourmet cocoa has rekindled interest in this production, whose fermentation process is a key step in obtaining fine cocoa, thanks to the fact that many processing properties and sensory attributes are developed in this phase. This article presents a blockchain-IoT-based system for the control and monitoring of these events, aiming to catalog in smart contracts valuable information for improvement of the cocoa fermentation process, and future research. Blockchain is used as a distributed database that implements an application-level security layer. A proof of concept was modeled and the performance of the emulated system was evaluated in the OMNet simulator, where a technique based on the SNMP protocol was applied to reduce the amount of data exchanged and resources served/consumed in this representation. Then, a physical platform was developed and preliminary experiments were performed on a real farm, as a way to verify the improvement of the cocoa fermentation process when using a technological approach.

【Abstract】Today, enterprises are multitasking, with branches set up all over the world. Virtual enterprises are created to make better use of existing resources, improve the quality of manufactured products and agilely respond to customer requirements. In order to fully meet the requirements of enterprises, a decentralized structure of data registration and transmission and authentication of network users is needed. The information collected via the Internet of Things and flowing based on the properties of the Blockchain (BC) network facilitates enterprise resource planning and enables the integration of internal processes, especially when planning, changing the current or introducing new production. The aim of this paper is to present the concept of using a common data register in BC technology, which enables a number of applications related to the automation of the process of selecting human resources for production tasks. The paper presents an analysis of the problem related to the integration of production scheduling and human resource management with blockchain technology. Also presented is a literature analysis on scheduling, blockchain technology and data storage in the blockchain network. The analysis presents how the blockchain network works and how exactly it fits into production engineering with its advantages and disadvantages. An employee evaluation method based on the resource work history and determination of its current value within individual competencies is presented. The integration of production scheduling and human resource management with the use of BC technology is simulated. The most important advantage is faster and more effective planning thanks to the elimination of all intermediary channels in the flow of production transactions. Production tasks are balanced with production capacity in entities belonging to the virtual enterprise in parallel. For future research, different online planning algorithms will be developed and compared to achieve consortium members' consensus on production and human resources planning.

【Abstract】Healthcare Records are becoming more valuable than ever due to the emergence of various new diseases and the current pandemic. These records are scattered throughout multiple healthcare providers in several places. Keeping them in physical form is time-consuming; thus, they need to be kept in electronic form. Electronic Healthcare Records (EHRs) are mostly managed at the individual company level, creating a single point of failure and exposing users to various security risks, including amateur-level attacks and data breaches by hackers. This article proposes a permissioned blockchain-based framework to overcome the above issues for secured storage and sharing of EHRs over the network. For the overall implementation of the framework Hyperledger Fabric (HLF), InterPlanetary Distributed File System (IPFS), and Identity Based Proxy Re-Encryption (IB-PRE) algorithm are used. To create proposed blockchain network, HLF is used. To manage EHRs on the blockchain, IPFS is used where the actual encrypted massive data is stored off-chain, and their corresponding hash values are stored on the blockchain. Further, IB-PRE algorithm is used to share EHRs in a safe manner, where a proxy node retrieves requested data from IPFS, performs re-encryption, and returns the re-encrypted data to the requester thus, ensures user privacy and data integrity. Finally, the Hyperledger Caliper tool is used to run a performance test to check the system efficiency in terms of throughput and latency. Features and performance-based comparisons of the proposed and existing related work are made to demonstrate the effectiveness.

【Abstract】This paper identifies the bitcoin investor network and studies the relationship between connections and returns. Using transaction data recorded in the bitcoin blockchain from 2015 to 2020, we reach three conclusions. First, connectedness is not strongly correlated with higher returns in the first four years. However, the correlation becomes strong and significant in 2019 and 2020. Second, returns also differ among those connected addresses. By dividing the connected addresses into ten decile groups based on their centrality, we find that the top 20% most connected addresses earn higher returns than their peers during most of our sample period. Third, eigenvector centrality is more related to higher returns than degree centrality for the top 20% most-connected addresses, implying that the quality of connections may matter more than quantity among those highly connected addresses.

【Abstract】With the rapid development of cloud servers, storing data on cloud servers has become a popular option. However, cloud servers are centralized. Storing data on centralized cloud servers may involve some risks. For example, the data access pattern may be revealed when accessing data on cloud servers. Therefore, protecting a user's patterns has become a crucial concern. Oblivious RAM (ORAM) is a candidate solution to hide the data access pattern. However, it inherently induces some overhead of accessing data, and many blockchain-based applications also do not consider the access pattern leakage issues. In this paper, we address these issues above by proposing a decentralized database system with oblivious access in a (parallel) smart contract model. The interactions of oblivious access are asymmetric where the smart contract side is expected to put much effort into computation. The proposed system slightly reduces the overhead of ORAM and overcomes the issues stemming from the centralization of servers. The main techniques are to use the garbled circuits to reduce the cost of communication and to combine with the parallel smart contract model to (conceptually) improve the performance of smart contract execution on the blockchain.

【Abstract】Industry 4.0 is leading society into a new era characterized by smart communications between consumers and enterprises. While entertainment and fashion brands aim to consolidate their identities, increasing consumers' participation in new, engaging, and immersive experiences, other industry sectors such as food and drugs are called to adhere to stricter regulations to increase the quality assurance of their processes. The pharmaceutical industry is inherently one of the most regulated sectors because the safety, integrity, and conservation along the distribution network are the main pillars for guaranteeing the efficacy of drugs for the general public. Favoured by Industry 4.0 incentives, pharmaceutical serialization has become a must in the last few years and is now in place worldwide. In this paper, a decentralized solution based on non-fungible tokens (NFTs), which can improve the track and trace capability of the standard serialization process, is presented. Non-fungible tokens are minted in the blockchain and inherit all the advantages provided by this technology. As blockchain technology is becoming more and more popular, adoption of track and trace will increase tremendously. Focusing on the pharmaceutical industry's use of track and trace, this paper presents the concepts and architectural elements necessary to support the non-fungible token solution, culminating in the presentation of a use case with a prototypical application.

【Abstract】The Internet of Things (IoT), fast-growing smart equipment and high-speed networks, has become generally embraced and popular. Most IoT devices are nevertheless easy to hack and compromise. In general, the processors, storage, and network capacity of these IoT devices are limited. The security issues of this situation are exacerbated by several violations of safety policies. There have been suggestions and/or utilization of different security strategies and approaches. Blockchain mechanisms can be used as part of a security framework to protect many IoT-oriented applications as it ensures integrity and privacy even when datasets are released to the public. Hence, the paper elaborately surveyed common security issues in IoT architecture and the paper explores the key features of the blockchain. Along with the work proficiently investigates the technology behind bitcoin and how the blockchain solves many security issues in IoT applications. Thus the paper is concluded by providing the upsurges and limitations of various IoT with Blockchain technologies and their recent trends more precisely.

【Abstract】Road Accident is a significant concern in every county. According to WHO (World Health Organization) reports, 1.3 million people died in road traffic crashes, and in India, the total number of 449,002 accidents in the year 2019 led to 151,113 deaths and 451,361 injuries; this will be increasing by the day. Drunk and driving alcohol is the momentous root cause of the accidental tragedy. During the drunk and drive, there is a chance person will move very fast, so we have to check the acceleration speed of the vehicle. Sometimes a person has drowsiness during driving, whether the person is drunk or not, so we have to check the eye position of the person with the help of IoT (internet of Things) devices. This study offered a model and concept for preventing such human suffering by detecting, preventing, and informing the system using today's dominating technologies, such as IoT, Machine Learning, and Blockchain. In the proposed model on the embedded Blockchain, devices are smartly controlled. The system is built on an IoT sensor and associated sensors to detect the amount of alcohol in a driver's breath, gather data for accuracy, and make a judgment using machine learning. However, because IoT devices have a central server, attackers target the system, use Distributed Denial of Service, and temper exploit its flaws. Component-based Blockchain will also significantly boost the system's scalability and security. The suggested precise result and data received by IoT devices will not degrade, and all connected nodes will assist in resolving the issue.

【Abstract】Cryptocurrency is gaining popularity worldwide, with some countries already starting to regulate and accept cryptocurrency in their financial services. Malaysia's Securities Commission (SC) announced in October 2021 that over MYR 16 billion (USD 3.85 billion) involving digital assets and cryptocurrencies were traded between August 2020 and September 2021. Since cryptocurrencies are issued by private corporations and are technically beyond the federal government's control, criminals may use them for illegal reasons such as money laundering and terrorist funding. Consequently, it is vital to examine why investors are engaged in cryptocurrency in the first place. This study aims to provide insight into Malaysian investors' perceptions by evaluating the influence of perceived risk and perceived value on their cryptocurrency adoption decision. The retail investors' demographic characteristics (gender, age, education, income, and investment experience) were analyzed as control variables. Data were gathered using purposive sampling, and responses from 211 respondents from various cities in Malaysia were used in the final analysis. Data were examined using Smart PLS Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Based on the finding's, perceived value was found to have a significant influence on cryptocurrency adoption. Meanwhile, perceived risk had no significant influence on the adoption of cryptocurrency among the Malaysian investors.

【摘要】元宇宙时代人工智能等技术的发展不仅带来了结构性、生态型的媒介环境改变,铺垫了“元宇宙”兴起的算力基础,也在加速人们对新媒体现象和人类生存环境的反思,带来一种认知与实践上的“范式与革命”。新闻传播学科关键性的核心路径以及具有带动性的突破点体现在两方面:一方面在于人的研究,探索人的多重化身表征、多模态延伸在虚实空间的传播行为与结构特征,即从社会动力学的视角,研究瞬时传播与认知神经科学技术的结合,从小样本实验数据的循证研究,真正找到关键要素之间的因果联系;另一方面在于社会治理再组织化的研究,即从元宇宙、云计算、大数据、人工智能的视角,以大样本计算网络数据的挖掘与分析,在现有的传播学研究手段之外,将行为预测与传播效果测量放置于社会网络连接的群体之中,进而探索虚实空间中人的瞬时效果的情感认知加工,以及身体在场的自主神经活动研究范式,提升未来新闻传播学研究的“对话”与“韧性”,深化新闻传播学科理解“媒介—人—虚实空间”及其三者之间关系的研究方法群的建设。
